I had an obsolete part that I needed to replace. Chris not only found an adequate substitute, but went above and beyond by checking with one of his Electrician buddies to verify that the suggested replacement part would work correctly. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

CES in Montgomery has been my sole Electric Supplier for over 10 years. They always have great amount of inventory on hand. If they don’t have it, they can typically get it within a day or two!
There staff is very helpful and knowledgeable on products they supply and support. The staff has a combined total of over 35 years experience! This comes in handy when working on both new and older systems. Chris & Wes always go above and beyond expectations whether it’s looking for new or replacements components, to getting their customers in contact with associated vendors for answers questions to assisting on bids for new projects!
Shout out to Chris B. For all the times I went to him for assistance on locating parts to getting new products to help me be more successful and for helping me make my customers projects as flawless as possible!!

If their driver's are that bad on the road then I would never want them to serve me! The driver almost caused multiple accidents

I needed a new light fixture for my fiberglass shower which is 30 yrs old, came to the store and Chris showed me the fixture I needed, told me how to connect things, he was very helpful. I came home and installed it in an hour, works perfectly. Very kind knowledgeable, and patient patient. Would recommend City Electric any time.! Thanks Chris.

Operations manager seemed annoyed when I went in to place order since I sat in the parking lot making up a parts list and meanwhile all workers left besides him. Acted very unprofessional but let it go that time. Just went in to make return and had cocky attitude again and proceeded to mock everything I had to say about my return. Return was unsuccessful. What happened to customer sevice. I will never return to the Montgomery location.
