RJ O'Neil's professional staff installed my water heater and I couldn't be happier. The technician, Dan, arrived at the time I was given. He was very professional and answered all of my questions. He took great care during the install laying down a tarp on my stairs and left the area clean. I noticed drops of water dripping from upstairs on the floor in my basement and mentioned it to Dan. Without hesitation, he said he would check, and sure enough the toilet upstairs was leaking. He addressed the issue right then and there.

Edited to add that I decided to change out two additional toilets and they sent out Stephen to replace them. He, too was top notch!

If you're looking for excellent customer service, professional and kind staff who love their job, as well as excellent products at a fair price, I highly recommend RJ O'Neil.

As a new small business owner, I was working with a deadline to get our business up and running. During this COVID 19 scare, an hvac contractor I paid to finish job, refused to finish a job he was paid in full to complete. I know I know , never pay in full until the job is done. I called and spoke to Jessica. Jessica noticed I was upset and freaking out a bit. She calmed me down and had Levi out in two days to help get our cooler going. They showed up when they were supposed to and Levi was amazing. Thanks guys. I'll be using R.J. O'Neil in the future.

I would like to take a second to thank you and your company for all the hard work your crew has done for us at Maple Park. We have had a few of your service men here to help repair this 100 year old boiler, pumps, and radiators when they have not been easy jobs to complete. They have always come in with a positive attitude even under difficult situations. I would especially like to thank Mark my go to guy for questions and answers to the problems we have had. I was having drainage issues in several parts of my house. The tech repair man walked through my house and patiently listened to everything. He ended up recommending that I have my bathroom rodded out however he could have sold me additional services but told me they were not necessary. He was here and done in less than 60 minutes.

Highly recommend RJ O'Neil! They replaced our water heater and were on time, efficient, professional, cleaned up after themselves, and were so friendly. Will definitely hire them again!

Needed to have some heating work done at my place of business, after our heating unit stopped blowing warm air. It was quickly becoming an issue for my employees, and if we didn't get it fixed soon, we would have to consider canceling work. I called one company who came out, and then told me that I really just needed to replace the furnace, and gave me prices to do that. I reached out to R.J. O'Neil for a second opinion, and boy am I glad that I did. They initially said they couldn't make it till the following AM, but an hour or so later I received a call that their technician had finished a job earlier than expected and could make it out today. Great News!! The technician came out, and after troubleshooting, found out that it was a processing board that needed to be replaced. He ran back to the shop to grab one and made the switch. We had heat back up and running by the end of the day. Being a business owner, it is always nice when you can find a trustworthy company that isn't just out to make a quick buck, but to foster a business relationship. I will definitely use them again in the future for my business and personal HVAC and plumbing needs. I also will continue to refer them to others. A big thanks to the team for getting our heat working so fast.

Arden from R.J. O'Neil came out to our commercial building on Christmas Eve on a quasi-emergency basis to turn off our water and blow out the pipes. And then Alex came out the Sunday after Christmas to get our HVAC units up and running again. Jessica in the office helped coordinate Alex being on standby on Sunday. We truly appreciate all of their assistance and the work they did for us. I would not hesitate to recommend them - they're awesome!

R J O'Neil has been an excellent company to work with and ensure our equipment is kept up to date! Her professionalism is appreciated and I can rely on her to make sure one of the team members are at our site in case of an emergency! Great partner to work with!
