Marcelo and his team at Colonial Remodeling and Construction are top notch. They are reliable, conscientious and affordable! They go out of their way to answer and questions and clean up after their jobs. Do not hesitate to hire them! Well worth it.

In 2013, Colonial Remodeling & Construction built a simple concrete patio at the rear of our home. The staff was friendly and did a good job. We have been using the patio for the past 13 years and have seen no faults or deterioration in it.

I can't say enough good things about these guys. Clean, respectful, professional!

Colonial remodeling dud a total tear off and replacement of my house’s roof, ¡All in one shift!, when I came home from work at 5 pm they had completed everything and cleaned up so well it seemed as if nothing had been going on that day. Very satisfied with the results.

Marcello and his guys are the best people I highly recommend them. I had them come out for attic issue and they were so kind to come back the next day to fix another issue and make me feel better and that my house is safe and I won't have anymore attic issues. They are so responsive and kind people!

Colonial installed both a new roof and new siding on our house and our shed. Also a few new gutters. They were patient with us as we debated over colors etc. Installation went smooth and timely. Cleanup after the installation was thorough. We recommend them and also would use them for other projects we want to do.

Colonial has done repairs on my house on several occasions including: replacing the roof, replacing the siding, gutter replacement, plumbing repair, dry wall repair, painting and window replacement. We had a great experience with this company. We had several projects - plumbing, bathroom tile replacement, gutters and they replaced our dilapidated side porch. Everyone that we dealt with was friendly, professional, and helpful with all the questions I had. They did a beautiful job, and went above and beyond. Everything looks fantastic!

I had Colonial in 2017 for roof repair. They did a great job. In 2024 I had storm damage i went with Colonial great job

The Colonial team did a Awesome Job! The house looks beautiful again! The clean up was super Awesome! I will call them if I need anymore work done on my home! I will give them more than 5 stars!

Horrible! Left the job unfinished because the owner got frustrated with the amount of work that needed to be done after underestimating the job to be done. Then asked us for more money for the additional work after an agreement had been signed. We refused as we trusted the "professional" to know what needed to be done when we're quoted and agreed to pricing. Left us with a mess to fix!
