I've been this company for years and they've always treated me right.

Highly recommend. The men were very nice, knowledgeable, reasonably priced & came out next day to pump our septic.

I have to give them 5 stars for patience we were going threw a home sale and the buyers attorney was a stickler you couldn't make there attorney happy with the paper work // recipients// etc . I was a hand full BUT fox valley septic was there for everything I needed NO attitude they answered all my calls even at night NO stress very polite Thank you ☆☆☆☆☆

These guys were fantastic. I tried to do the work myself but it didn't work out. They took care of my backup quickly. Will definitely be calling them back in the future.

Excellent service! Called and left a message at 8 p.m. and they had someone out to snake my sewer line at 11 a.m. the next day. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Rick came out and tackled a big clog in the main septic line of my house. The same clog that a previous plumber had tried and failed to clear a night before with an equally sized auger. Experience made all the difference. I was a bit of a jerk at first not thinking that it would work, he was professional and friendly at every step and ended up being more affordable than the plumber that did nothing. Seriously they do the job right. Highly recommended.

If you want pro service Fox Valley Sewer is above all the rest!!!! They get after it, and don’t stop until problems are resolved!!!! Years of experience that truly shows with great results!!! Great prices!!!! Thanks for your services!!!! Don’t second guess ,,, these guys are the real deal !!!!

Had the pleasure working with Tim and Randy. Don't tell Randy but Tim is better looking lol but all in all cool laid back older men who like fishing and seem down to earth. Besides the snake Tim did which was appreciated the overall experience was amplified by an amazing outgoing personality from both of them. Appreciate you both;Tim, Randy

Fox Valley Sewer Services has been my Go To for 20? years! They work until the problem is fixed. They show up. They clean up. Not just a homeowner (they've worked my house), but this landlord says they make me look good!!

We were in a pinch and needed service quickly. Both Jim and Zach were friendly and quick to respond to our project! Pricing was very fair as well. I highly recommend this company for any sewer or septic projects big or small.

These guys were excellent - had water backing up from the main line suddenly, they were here within an hour of my call, and had the line cleared of tree roots in less than an hour. Super friendly, professional, and did a great job of cleaning up, as well. Very happy with their work.

Called them on a Tuesday morning. Septic was backing up in the basement. They came that afternoon and pumped it. It's working great. They sure saved us.

When I called Fox Valley Sewer Service it was an emergency weekend call, and I was amazed at how willing and able they were able to come and fix my problem. Before they arrived, my entire basement was flooded and I was seriously grossed out. Their techs had no problem with jumping right in and getting to work. After the job was complete the 2 men that were at my house even helped clean my basement floor! My family and I are very thankful for the Fox Valley Sewer team, thank you for your service FVS! I will definitely be calling them again in the future if I ever have any other problems!

Had sewage backing up through floor drains. They had someone out in less than an hour and cleared the blockage. They also cleaned up after themselves, and the price was very reasonable ($165). Would use them again.

Made an appointment for 10am, so they decided to come at a time more convenient for them at 8am. Who cares about my schedule on getting my kids to school on time😡.
What was the point on making an appointment 😡.
25 minute appointment, to clean it out and pay. Would have been better or just more professional if they could have at least rinsed it out with a hose when they were done pumping. 😠
1st time using them, and our last.
Sure they’re cheaper, well you get what you pay for.

bad service they charge a lot of money I do not recommend it

I had a issue at my house so I called them because they were a couple of dollars cheaper. Yet I had the same issue 15 days later I called them back and they said they will be right over to fix the problem they never did fix. I thought there will be no charge but they charged me again. Don't let them fool you and after looking at the receipt they even post no warranties.

I have only been with fox valley sewer services for about 3 to 4 years.
The first time, a great job it lasted two years. The second time l had to call them back after about 2 months. So they sent someone out, he did the job again at no charge. And that lasted for about another year. Now for the third time I have called them in again. The job did not last for more than a month & 1/2. But this time when I called them back in, they charged me another $125 on top of the $200 that I paid them a month & 1/2. Earlier to Rod the sewer. After strong objection of the charge he agreed to bring it down to $50 instead. However I did not feel that I should have had to pay anything at all for the second visit, since they did not do the job correctly the first time. They seem very polite at first, until you explain to them that you expect the job to last longer than a month & 1/2 and that if it does not, that you should not have to pay them to come back and do the job correctly. When you explain to them that you cannot afford to stay with a company that doesn't guarantee their work.That you'll be forced to look elsewhere for your services. They become defensive and say to you that you can do that, it doesn't matter to them either way. I would think that a company that values their customer business. Would not respond with such a Cavalier attitude toward their customers. I will most definitely be looking for another service company that can guaranty their work. It's too bad that you can't get quality services for how much you pay to have your sewer rodded. In the end, I may be better off going back to the guy that arigonaly serviced my sewer and pay his prices. At least I know that the job will be done right.

These are the “professionals” that go to your home. They break your cover and refuse to fix. A lot of foul language from these workers as they do their job.
