This is the first time I looked for a local company for our A/C that was having problems. When I called, Bertels didn't give us the usual 3-4 hour window of when they would be out. They gave us a specific time, and they arrived bang on time. The technician was knowledgeable and friendly and checked/cleaned our indoor and outdoor units. He spent a good hour working and to say the price he charged was reasonable was an understatement. Goodbye to the big companies, we will be using Bertels from now on!!!! Lucky to have found them.
