They have a bizarre definition of urgency, with multiple failed attempts over two days receiving no response or assistance. The automated answering system doesn't provide any real support either, as if the "on-call" team is just an empty title. Avoid this company at all costs.

My initial encounter was excellent, but my follow-up attempt fell flat. After my air conditioning unit failed, I reached out multiple times before receiving a response. A service appointment was scheduled, but unfortunately, no technician arrived or followed up as promised.

I had a Goodman furnace installed by this company about 4 years ago, which was already a questionable brand choice. Ever since then, I've experienced nothing but issues with it. The new installer pointed out several critical mistakes made during the original installation, including improper venting via PVC and incorrect pitching of the furnace. This has led to additional expenses and ongoing headaches. I would not recommend this company due to their inability to get even a basic installation right.
