Ken is a no nonsense guy. Tell it like it is. He was early(never happens). He made a visual inspection and the proceeded to use a camera and then a heavy duty rodder and pull out a garbage bag of roots. All for the price of $93.00. On top of that he wasn't going to charge me if he couldn't open the drain. This is what 35 yrs. of experience looks like. If all the technicians are like Ken, then you can't go wrong.

I'm new to the Mount Prospect area and am very happy to have stumbled upon Intelligent Service for my plumbing, heating, and cooling needs. I am a first-time homeowner and used Intelligent to fix several of the problems that were found on our home inspection. Every single person who has come to my home from Intelligent has been super kind, knowledgeable, and excellent at what they do. As a woman, I also love that they send a picture of the service technician you can expect to come to your home as an added safety feature. They've earned a customer for life!

Quick appointment and arrival, honest assessment of the work to be done and a fair price. Situation was resolved quickly and everything is back to working as usual. Lowden is a great technician and a nice guy. I highly recommend Intelligent Service.
