Constraction reviews in Naperville, Illinois

Clyde did an exceptional job refinishing our Kitchen, Butler’s Pantry, and Guest Bathroom cabinets. I truly appreciate his patience, thorough planning, and attention to detail throughout the entire project.
He worked in a very organized and meticulous way—carefully taping and protecting our kitchen and appliances, removing cabinet doors, sanding, drying, priming, and applying two coats of paint. He also made sure everything was done neatly and with great care for our home. Clyde also helped us by providing thoughtful suggestions for painting ideas, which made the process even smoother.
I’d like to share a few pictures that showcase the transformation of our cabinets—before, during, and after the refinishing process in our new home in Naperville (White Eagle).

Clyde did an amazing job in our deck! He explained pros and cons to different ideas we had. He recommended Cabot honey tek stain and were so happy we went with it! He was thorough with the whole process…the power washing, sanding and staining. We will definitely have him back to re-do the deck again when it’s time.

Best supervision staff in the industry.

They're done the business is closed

They never answered their phone

The workers leave their lunch trash floating around so the neighbors have to clean up after them. When I asked if my swing would be fine they said they were not removing the tree it was on but if they had to they would remove it and set it aside for me. There were no knots holding this swing up but instead of removing it properly they just cut my rope in half so now I have to buy a new one. Finished a month late on top of it.

As an Owner of a Construction Company myself for 38 years, I have used Hani and Mike for 18 years now myself. I originally hired Hani for all of my Electrical work in my own personal home and in completing my finished basement. I have since recommended Hani and Mike to all of my customers and use them for my personal home exclusively. I have only received high praise for my recommendation from all of my customers. I highly recommend Hani, Mike and Lexem to everyone.

Mike and his crew did a great job rehabbing our basement! This was an unexpected project and Mike went above and beyond to make the whole process run smoothly. We really appreciated Mike's flexibility, how organized and detailed he was, and his excellent communication from start to finish. The team was friendly, worked efficiently, and we're very happy with the final outcome. Will be contacting Mike for any future projects. Highly recommend!

I would recommend Lexem Group. We recently had our kitchen redone and Michael and his contractors did a great job. Our kitchen had a few bumps in the road, specifically regarding the quartzite fabrication. It’s when you encounter problems that you need your GC to step up, and Michael did. He worked diligently to bring the project to completion.

Hani came to the rescue to not only fix my electrical issues, but to teach me so much about caring for my home. It’s clear he is passionate about his work and knows his stuff. He was able to come on short notice and did a great job! Thanks, Hani!

We have had Hani (and Mike) out to our house half a dozen times on electrical projects, including lighting and fan installations, and several troubleshooting episodes. They do professional work, are knowledgeable, have outstanding problem solving ability, and are easy to work with.

Hani put an outlet in the garage for our first electric car. He does great work! Hani was responsive and great with communication for scheduling a time to come out to our home. I would definitely recommend!

I hired Hani Khalil to install outdoor lighting at the entrance of my house. He was prompt and completed the work very quickly. His price is reasonable. He communicates very well. I will hire him again for any electrical work.

I had Hani do all the electrical work when I remodeled my kitchen. He did a fabulous job!
With his impeccable service, I also had him do additional electrical work at my daughter’s house. He was quick and professional!

Hani is a life savior. He had been helping me with electrical work for the properties I manage. helped to avoid incurring massive costs by implementing simple solutions. He’s an expert with a very kind personality. I highly recommend to anyone who’s looking for a reliable and dependable contractor.

Hani has done a number of electrical jobs for me over the years. Small job (adding lights to our kitchen) or large (wiring an addition), work is completed professionally and quickly. He is very easy to work with and great to discuss options with.

Hani has been done a lot of misc. electrical work at my house and for family members houses and he has always done a great job at a competitive price. He's a really nice guy as well.

I recently updated my kitchen cabinets and counter tops. My next step was to add under cabinet lighting. My countertop salesmen suggested calling Michael Khalil at the Lexem Group. I contacted Michael and he came to my home the next day to review my lighting needs. The following day I received a detailed estimate for the my project. I was impressed with Michael and elected to give him my project.
Within a week I had two electricians at my home to install my new lights. It became very obvious to me these were very experienced electricians as I watched them work. Once again I was impressed. They completed my new lights in about four and half hours.
Best of all, I felt great about selecting Michael and Lexem group for my project. If or when I need any work in my home again, Lexem will be my first call!

Hani did all the electrical work when we remodeled our kitchen. He did an excellent job. Very professional, friendly and qualified electrician. Would use his services again without hesitation.

Kind, warm, professional, reliable, flexible, involves the client in the process, listens to feedback, follows up once the job is done, reasonable pricing on electrical work installing lighting, great crew. Hani and his team are wonderful. Highly recommend!

We hired Lexem group to help us with installation of new flooring, address some plumbing issues in the house, as well as remodeling in one of the rooms in the basement. Mike and his crew were exceptional. Mike is a true professional, and a great communicator. He is always available and is very helpful. Right from day 1, the project schedule was well laid out and was followed very closely. The work was performed on time, in budget and with top quality. We are very impressed with Lexem group and would highly recommend them!
