Constraction reviews in Naperville, Illinois

I recently had the pleasure of working with CASA Kitchen & Bath for a kitchen remodel, and I am extremely satisfied with the results. The entire team demonstrated a high level of professionalism and efficiency, completing the installation of the cabinets, backsplash, and countertops to my exact specifications and within the agreed timeframe. Their attention to detail and commitment to understanding my needs resulted in a kitchen that is both aesthetically pleasing and highly functional. I would highly recommend CASA Kitchen & Bath for anyone considering a kitchen remodeling project.

We couldn’t be happier with the remodeling work performed by Alla, Alex, and the CASA team. They kept us informed every step of the way, delivered a beautiful and functional space, and went above and beyond with thoughtful touches—like resolving a ceiling gap flawlessly and making small upgrades we didn't even think to ask for. Their attention to detail and care truly set them apart. Highly recommend!

Casa did an amazing job on our primary bathroom in Naperville. From the first time we stepped in the showroom, we were very impressed. Alla helped us design our bathroom, offered tips and suggestions and always communicated with updates and next steps. Alex and his team are so professional and friendly, I'd highly recommend Casa for our next remodel.

CASA remodeled all three of our bathrooms. They graciously worked within our time limits, and actually got the work done early! The bathrooms look great! It was a pleasure working with Alla who helped us in selecting what we wanted, and coordinated all of the communication. We are very happy with the whole experience! Getting remodeling like this done can be very stressful. They did a great job making it less so!

I recently bought a house in Naperville from the 1970's, and while the property itself was beautiful, the cabinets left a lot to be desired. I contacted CASA Kitchen and Bath, who did an outstanding job helping me design a new kitchen from the ground up, especially considering the limitations of the space.

The finished product is breathtaking and the construction work is absolutely top tier. Alla, Alex, and their team did an outstanding job and I would highly recommend them for any project. Attached are photos that I think speak for themselves. 5/5

We recently finished our basement and are happy with the work of Alex and his crew. All the work process from the beginning until the end was open for us. We got the estimate very fast. After the scope of work was discussed, they did the framing to add more rooms, and a new bathroom with a hot tub was built from scratch.
It was easy to get through the renovation because they had everything, like plumbing, electrical, and tile works in one team.
We got the suggestions and what we can buy.
The crew worked clean and fast. The payment schedule was discussed at the beginning so we knew when and how much we should pay.
Would recommend them to our friends.

If we could give Casa Kitchen & Bath 100 stars we would! From the first meeting in the showroom to the final day of installing the finishes, our master bathroom remodel was beyond exceptional. We went from a dysfunctional builders grade bathroom with absolutely no storage to a serene spa-like functional environment.

The entire staff is dedicated to their work and were extremely attentive to our project. Any phone call or email was addressed promptly. We never had any doubt that Casa was the best decision for a contractor.

Alla, with her talented design team & detailed project management is top notch. She can evoke ideas that a typical person may not imagine & Casa's showroom inspires with actual examples of custom cabinetry, tiles and fixtures. The entire design proposal & suggestions was supurb and worry free even with our unconventional ideas. I cannot express how gorgeous the custom cabinetry turned out!

Alex and his colleagues are quite possibly the hardest working & honorable people we have ever had assisting on our home improvement. They were always constant to the schedule and are highly communicative regarding decisions that needed to be made. Their attention to true craftsmanship is really remarkable, there was nothing minor overlooked. Not only were they serious about our project, but we had plenty of laughs too. The crew were friendly, thoughtful and constantly considerate of our home.

We are so thankful to have worked with Casa & our new beautiful master bath is more than we expected thanks to their incredible knowledge and professionalism. Thank you a million times Casa Kitchen and Bath! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I recently had my kitchen remodeled, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. The team was always on time, respectful of my home, and very clear with communication.

What impressed me most was their attention to detail — every cabinet line, tile edge, and finish looks perfect. They offered great design suggestions that made the space brighter and more functional.
My new kitchen feels modern, spacious, and beautifully done. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable and skilled team for their kitchen renovation.

I am very grateful we found CASA! Alla and Alex were wonderful to work with. They are extremely hardworking and reliable, and they finished our kitchen remodel with remarkable craftsmanship and efficiency. The process of choosing finishes with Alla was seamless. Our day to day of the remodel always began on time and was always finished with them cleaning up after themselves as much as possible. We are very grateful we found such a wonderful company with people we can trust. They transformed our kitchen space beautifully and the project finished on schedule. I would wholeheartedly recommend working with them for your remodel!

Hall bath renovated down to the studs in spring 2025 and I couldn't be happier! Great craftsmanship ship and alex and alla were great at walking me through the process and recommending great additions like canned lights which made a huge difference. Would love to work with them again and will recommend to friends and family.

Ok so Alex, Alla and their crew are still in the middle of my three bathroom full gut and remodel and I am here to tell you that these individuals are true craftsmen. There is nothing they can not do and there is nothing that they will not do. Beyond what others in their business do because they just simply care. I will update with pics when they are finished.

I am super happy with the work the entire team did! From Alla to Alex, Igor etc..! You can tell that they are passionate about their work from the care they take and the small details they consider. They are all very respectful, communicate well, very punctual and clean up after themselves.

I have been through a bunch of bathroom installers but they are definitely top tier over there! 100000% will use again!

We had an amazing experience working with Alex, Alla and their team. They came out very promptly for the initial quote, which was very reasonably priced compared to a lot of other ones we got.

The design process was also very smooth. We wanted to finish our entire basement and had some general ideas (theater area, bedroom, bathroom, wet bar). They helped us make it come to life. Throughout the process we changed our minds several times on different things and they were so accommodating while also helping us stay within our budget. Other quotes we had gotten were very limited in what they could work with (ex: bathroom can't go in a certain area, room has to be built a certain way etc.) but we never ran into this issue with CASA.

Any issues we ran into during renovations were addressed so promptly and efficiently. We appreciate them so much.

It was a fairly long project but everyone on their team was very respectful of our home while working here. The finished project is even better than what we imagined. They finished right on the original predicted timeline despite us adding more details during.

We would recommend them 100x we would! Will definitely be reaching out to them for any future projects.

We had the best experience with Casa Kitchen and Bath for our kitchen, laundry and bathroom renovations. From the beginning they stood out due to their price point, communication and attention to every detail of our plan. The general contractor and owner, Alex, and his crew did an amazing job throughout every step of the project, and stuck to the timeline and our budget. Alla is a co-owner and project manager and she helped me to select cabinets, pulls, countertops and answered so many questions along the way! I had a few things I wanted to change and it was no problem for them - we were amazed when they stayed on schedule! We are so pleased with our remodel and have recommended them to everyone we know who is renovating (and we will continue to do so!)

It is sometimes tough to find the right team to make your visions turn into reality. CASA exceeded my expectations from start to finish. Owners Alex and Alla are true professionals and excellent at their craft. I chose CASA because of their communication and effort they put into creating this fully remodeled bathroom. From the initial designs to picking out materials, their assistance along the way was seamless and thoughtfully executed. I could not be more thrilled with the outcome and assistance CASA provided. This is a one stop shop which I loved. They provide daily updates and timelines that they stick to. Which is greatly appreciated. I would recommend CASA over and over again. You will not be disappointed. I cannot wait to send them my next project!! Top notch all the way!

We could not be happier with the way our bathroom turned out. After a shower leak, CASA came and designed a brand new bathroom for us that has been amazing. Everyone we worked with was helpful, kind and did incredible work. I highly recommend CASA. They are spectacular and we’re looking forward to using them again for future projects.

From start to finish, Casa Kitchen and Bath delivered outstanding work. The quality, professionalism, and attention to detail were top-notch. I’m beyond impressed with the results.

I’ll be posting this review everywhere and recommending them to everyone I know. They’ve officially become my go-to for all future remodeling projects.

Next year — the kitchen!
