All reviews for Platinum Decking

We LOVE our new deck! It was great working with Tom because we were able to figure out exactly what we wanted. And the crew was AWESOME! Rob and Josh took great pride in their work! They worked on our deck as if it was their own; they wanted to make it perfect! They were a lot of fun, too! Thank you!!!

Robb and team did a great job building my deck. They even worked with another contractor on related projects to complete the deck on time per the plan. Thank you Rob and Platinum!!

Very positive experience working with Platinum Decking. I highly recommend them. Great value, great team. Outstanding customer service! Kudos to Tom, Breanna, Rob, Dan, Omar, Robert, and a few others who were dedicated in making my dream a reality!

Amazing experience from start to finish. Platinum decking was so helpful in determining the proper materials to redo a deck off our primary bedroom. The team had great ideas and was so patient with questions. The work was completed quickly and expertly! Couldn’t have asked for a better group to work with.

Tom, Scott, Max and the entire Platinum team are fantastic. The process was easy from start to finish. Picking out materials and looking at samples was so easy. We knew exactly when they were going to start and max and crew were so speedy. In and out without any issues, leaving behind a perfect new deck. We can’t wait to enjoy this all summer and for years to come

We had an excellent experience from start to finish, and we're already loving the results. Kaylee was great throughout the decision process, guiding us through the various choices to put together our perfect deck. Rob made it clear how the project would progress and did a great job coordinating the schedule. Lucas and Chris did an incredible job on the deck, from demo to final details. They were a pleasure to have around--always respectful, creative, and going the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect.

This was, all around, a terrific experience. The deck was delivered on time, within budget and as promised. We are very pleased with the final product and would encourage people in the market for a new deck to call Platinum. The sales team gave us a wide variety of options and explained everything thoroughly. The installation team was professional and courteous. I can’t wait to start enjoying the new outdoor living space!!

We are OBSESSED with the TREX product installed by Platinum Decking as it has converted our backyard living space to our “happy place”!!! The quality workmanship (no detail left behind), superior Trex decking/railing, and the flawless communication from the owners Tom and Scott to the construction crew made this the best decision for our outdoor space. Any changes and/or requests were handled quickly and without hesitation by them and their crew (Adam and Hulio - both timely and hard-working guys) as well as Rob who overlooked the progress. We highly recommend Platinum Decking as you will get a vision for your project beyond your expectations!! Our only regret is that we didn’t do this sooner!

Thank you Tom, Scott, Rob, Adam and Hulio!!

From start to finish, the experience was great. Kaylee and Rob were fantastic in setting up the project. The crew was amazing to work with. When we requested a slight change in the edge of a few of the deck boards, they jumped on it with no issues. We will definitely be using Platinum Decking for future projects.

Our experience with Platinum Decking was outstanding from start to finish. The initial consultation with Breanna was very thorough and professional, and we understood all our options, while she was perfectly up front about what the costs would be. Our job involved demolition of an old deck and a rebuild on the same frame. The old deck had a complicated, odd shape with two levels, and Dan and Omar carefully executed the new deck to perfection. They had to make some adjustments along the way, and were very creative about how they solved each issue that came up. They incorporated all these into a finished deck that has a clean look and smooth edges all around. All through the job they kept us updated on how things were proceeding, and they worked with a great attitude the entire time. We really enjoyed having them around our place. It's like a work of art, and we are as pleased as we possibly could be with the result. Without question, it is worth every penny!

We are happy we chose Platinum Decking to construct our new deck. In particular, Breanna was helpful in advising us with the design and selection of materials. She maintained excellent communication with us throughout the entire process. Our carpenter crew (Josh and Tony) was outstanding. They were meticulous and attentive to detail. They were careful and respectful of our property and were responsive to our suggestions. They truly went the extra mile. In sum, we were pleased with the end results and would recommend Platinum Decking without hesitation.

Platinum Decking did a fantastic job from beginning to end. Jeff (sales), Rob (built our custom gate), Jordan and Austin (were the installers) all were very knowledgeable and professional. Everyone who has seen our deck says it is beautiful.

Platinum Decking did a wonderful job on our front steps railing. Rob is very aware of and good with detail. They’re very kind to work with and their work speaks for itself. So grateful!

Had old deck demolished and new deck put in using the Trex composite decking. The new deck looks fantastic, super modern, more spacious and durable. Many thanks to Tony and Connor for working hard during the cold winter season to get the deck finished. They were on time everyday, courteous and kept me updated regularly on the progress. Platinum Decking took care of all permits, inspections, dumpster drop off and pick up. We will certainly enjoy our new deck and so will our pooches. Thank you again to the entire crew, including Breanna.

I am completely satisfied with the entire experience with having my deck replaced. The work was done quickly and efficiently. The time it took was better than expected. The quality for the materials and labor were top notch. The skill of the installers was beyond my expectations. I was impressed with the carpentry skill in making tricky cuts look so easy. I would happily recommend. Platinum Decking to everyone.

My family and I couldn't be happier with our new deck. From start to finish everyone involved were incredibly professional, polite, and most of all punctual. Any questions and concerns I had were answered promptly and without hesitation. The crew was great and worked fast. The whole process was made so easy. I would definitely recommend them.

We choose Platinum to do our project after looking at a few different contractors. Our project was challenging because we wanted a new deck above a new patio for our walk out basement which required alot of coordination between the patio crew and the deck crew.

Breanna was very helpful with the development of the design and worked through multiple iterations until we were happy with it. She was great to work with. We coordinated some details that were brought to life very well.

Special thanks to Rob for managing the construction on site and assuring the design vision was met. Max was the lead carpenter on the job and did an exceptional job making sure it's constructed with quality and on schedule. Shout out to Omar as well who was by Max's side the whole job and also did an excellent job.

Overall we are very happy with our experience from beginning to end and highly recommend Platinum. The job was on schedule and on budget.

I highly recommend Platinum Decking in Naperville (who also does patios). They aren’t the cheapest, but their end product is OUTSTANDING. They actually pour a small concrete edge around the patio so that your pavers don’t shift- far better than the plastic edging most companies install. Their service was excellent and the guys who installed everything worked so fast.

I am so impressed with Jeremy (the owner) who checked on our project and answered my questions. And again, his install team was fast, efficient, and did high quality work.

Platinum Decking was great to work with from beginning to end. Communication was top notch, everyone was responsive, trustworthy, transparent, informative and very friendly, from the initial design consultation (Breanna) through final selections and ultimately the construction process (Max and Rob) was great. Very pleased with our deck and how it turned out (our cat loves it too!).
