After two messages with the reception service explaining the kitchen work I needed done, two emails, and a four day wait, I get a call back asking what work I want done and a response that “we don’t do that sort of work at this time.” Wasted my time to find out my job isn’t big enough for them I guess; why couldn’t the answering service explain this and save me the trouble? Unprofessional

I'd called a number of services about my initial install w a number of outlets. They did such a great job and were very responsive that when I had a repair issues, w someone else's work, I called them right back again. They answered all my questions and I felt very confident in their work

Guys showed up on time and did good work. Pricing is ridiculous for parts. I don't even know what to say for how overcharged I was for parts, not even close to reasonable. Five star for responsiveness and work done, zero stars for pricing. Will never use again and would not recommend
