Bryan, Trent and Nick provided a great experience through sale call, proposal, install, and “tutorial “ on the sound equipment. They took their time to ensure that they met our needs and we understood what we were getting and how to use it. And I know that if questions arise in the future I can give them a call. I highly recommend them.

After 9 years, my bedroom TV randomly decided it was done with the wall and crashed down for no apparent reason.
There was only one call to make — My Guy Knows How to Fix It.
I met Bryan Talkie, the owner, over the summer when he installed a new outdoor TV in my backyard. He was amazing, and I knew the moment I needed anything else, he’d be my first call.
Fast forward to this latest dilemma: not only did I need a new TV installed, but I also finally broke free from Xfinity and switched to YouTube TV (I had 11 Xfinity boxes… yes, 11 🤦‍♂️).
Bryan sent his team — Trent and Nick — and these guys spent the entire day:
• Installing the new TV
• Removing and returning all the Xfinity boxes
• Cleaning up and organizing all old cabling
• Removing unnecessary cables
• Labeling every wire
• Completely cleaning up my AV cabinet
• Extending Wi-Fi throughout the house to eliminate dead zones — including the front and back yard
I normally don’t write reviews, but this one was necessary. Trent and Nick were outstanding. Professional, efficient, and incredibly easy to work with. No upselling — actually the opposite. I asked for things I thought I needed, and Bryan was quick to say when something was overkill and why… which saved me a ton of money.
Bottom line: these guys know their stuff and make everything simple.
If you need AV work, TVs, home theater, security cameras, home automation, Wi-Fi, or anything like that — I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

There guys are fantastic! Brian came and helped us sort out what we should do to update/fix our Control4 system (that has been nothing but problems) and made sure we stayed within our budget. Then Trent and Nick came and installed everything and got our smart home system working better than ever before, and even got things working that our previous company told us weren't possible! We will definitly use them in the future for anything else we need!

These guys pride themselves in delivering stellar customer service. Nick and Trent provided a timely and quality Sonos speaker set install. If you want a combination of quality installation, product knowledge, and on point customer service, make the call.

Brian is amazing! We had a wiring issue at our church and within 15 minutes he was over to diagnose the problem.

He spent at least an hour just walking me through the situation as well as a couple of different options that would resolve the issue and work within our budget.

I really appreciated Brians honesty and expertise and that he wasn't trying to sell me something we didn't need.

Bryan, Trent and Nick at "MY GUYS KNOW HOW" are fantastic! If you need Home Tech Experts, this is the place to call. There knowledge takes a lot of the worry out of the project. They installed Ring doorbells, an extra camera and an improved wifi for the whole house. Communication from estimate to completion was great. They were very professional during the install process and explained everything along the way. I will be scheduling additional projects with "My Guys Know How" Thank you - Bryan, Trent and Nick!

My Guys Know How installed Apple TV boxes and did a complete refresh of our internet & WiFi infrastructure. Trent and Nick, the technicians who completed the work were outstanding - professional, polite, transparent communicators and clearly skilled. The level of customer service was incredible and I thoroughly recommend them.

I called in these guys to fix my living room and basement audio systems. Brian is quite trustworthy and understood the issues very quickly. Trent and Nick then came in to change the receivers and also add Apple TV. They were quite thorough and explained things as they went along. Some more issues and details came up as they went along and Trent and Nate fixed those as well. All in all a very good experience. They also fix home internet infrastructure which is our next project. Highly recommend these guys!

I had a great experience working with MY GUYS KNOW HOW. The process involved two visits, and everything was handled professionally from start to finish.

On the first visit, Bryan came out to assess the work and provided a detailed and transparent estimate. He was knowledgeable and took the time to explain the options so I could make an informed decision.

On the second visit, Trent and Nick completed the installation. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and clearly knew what they were doing. I live in a ranch-style home and had been struggling with weak WiFi coverage even with a mesh system. They installed Ethernet cabling so I could hardwire both ends of the house into my router—and the improvement was immediate and significant.

All three team members were professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I really appreciated how they guided me through the process without any pressure.

One thing to keep in mind: there is a consultation fee for the initial visit. However, that cost is applied toward the total project if you move forward with them. It wasn’t an issue for me since I already planned to use their services, but it’s something to consider if you’re comparing multiple quotes.

I do have another project in mind—updating my old 80s NuTone intercom system. While I may need to prioritize a few other home improvements first, I will definitely be working with them again in the future.
