I originally was referred to Harmonic after my husband and I bit off more than we could chew on a bathroom remodel.

I contacted the team via Facebook and they were extremely responsive. The next day they followed up to schedule an in-home assessment of what we needed. Their estimate was fair and fast.

On the day of the repair, Harmonic showed up on time, were clean, professional, quick and diligent with their work.

After that first experience I was sold! I called them out twice for HVAC work and again to install ceiling fans. Pretty much if you need something, they’ve got the people to do the work!

I recommend anyone who needs a good handyman to contact Harmonic. They are our go-to for anything home related that we know we can’t do ourselves (or shouldn’t do)!

During the quoting, Jeremy has worked really closely with us to understand how we want to break out the work and exactly what we need. For the latest project Harmonic installed can lighting throughout our (very dim) first floor, installed an additional center fixture in our den, moved outlets, and a light switch to a practical area. The Harmonic team has been wonderful to work with! We recently hired them for a second floor laundry addition, as well as some other home reno projects. Jeremy is professional, personable and knowledgeable. He was quick to submit a proposal and get us on the project schedule. We used Harmonic to gut and replace our master bath. From our first interaction with Jeremy, then Paul and Mike, they were consummate professionals. Reasons we will use Harmonic again:

They started the job when they said they would and they finished when they said they would. There were 2 projects: remodel our hideous master bath, and move the washing machine drain from the utility sink into the wall.

The quality of work is top notch. Paul and Mike are very good at what they do. When I wasn't sure what I liked, they made suggestions. I followed their advice and have absolutely no regrets.

We had a few hiccups along the way (a cracked pipe and a shower door delivery that was missing 2 of the 3 boxes). They rolled with it and made adjustments.

The relocation of the washing machine drain was more involved than anticipated due to the location of the plumbing in our basement. No complaining. Paul adjusted and got the job done. We are thrilled that we can now watch TV in the family room and do laundry in he adjoining laundry room at the same time.

They cleaned up after themselves. Every single day.

They're nice people. When you have people in your home every day for a few weeks and you have two people working from home, this is REALLY important.
