I had an absolutely excellent experience. The level of professionalism, quality, and care went above and beyond my expectations. Everything was handled smoothly, efficiently, and with great attention to detail. I truly appreciate the effort and dedication put into the work. I highly recommend this service to anyone looking for reliability and outstanding results. Five stars all the way!

Wendy is excellent. I feel very comfortable having her at my house. She just knows what needs to be done and does a great job! I just love the service and how wonderful my house feels after my bi-weekly cleanings.

I liked their service.Sandi did really good job at cleaning. However the only reason to give just 3 star is timing .Bacause I mentioned Bathrooms are the main ones to clean , The cleaning lady Sandi literally prolonged the service to 2 hrs just to clean 2 bathrooms which I clean once in every 2 weeks .She couldn’t help me with other stuff.that’s the only concern I had.

They did an okay job. 3 crew for 3 hours and $440 later😢 our bathrooms were super clean. They put everything in trash bags from our bathrooms and kitchen. I wanted them to focus on kitchen and dusting, never got done. Lots of mis communication on what we actually needed.

4 hours for 550, 2 workers only finished one floor. Ground floor and basement were not swept did two appliances and that too not clean completely. Very poor value. Tried to call, message and waited for call back but no call back from the management to rectify this. Lots of promise to clean everything and make it move in ready but very disappointing service. They requested an additional hour to finish everything but at their pace I would have ended up paying 1000 or more.

Maria is a beautiful spirt fill person. She definitely did excellent cleaning plus it’s smells amazing! I give her 5 ⭐️ 😊we had a 2 complementary cleaning that some how the second one was canceled, then the owner reach out to my husband and said I told her to cancel all recurring cleanings. Now understand I spoke with Kimberley and express how grateful we were and after the 2nd complementary cleaning I would like to sit up something possibly monthly. Then as it got closer to the complementary cleaning we received a email for recurring cleaning, which Kimberley did not contact me back as we discussed! I left a voicemail and then after no call back I emailed and told her to cancel all recurring cleanings do to we had not agreed because i had not spoken to her for them to do anything after the 2nd complementary cleaning ! I’m over it all and was not even going to update this review, but they try to lock you in without you be made aware of it! Lastly they second the 2nd complementary cleaning, and we was not even aware of the date and the time, and we were not at home and when I finally was going through the emails I saw it then I received a text the day of if I was supposed to know they were coming out!

I had a bi-weekly cleaning service with this company, which was just okay. The cost was affordable for what they offered, and while the overall cleaning was fine, I wasn't a fan of the rotating staff coming through my home occasionally.
However, my experience with their move-out clean was extremely disappointing. The move-out clean was scheduled for a Friday, coinciding with my last bi-weekly service. The owner called to change the date due to overstaffing, which was frustrating since this wasn't an extra service but part of an ongoing plan. Despite my reservations, I agreed to move it to the following Monday, as I needed the house cleaned before closing on Wednesday.
When I visited the house five hours into the clean on Monday, I noticed that cabinets hadn't been cleaned out, and the floors weren't done either. The house was empty, so I'm unsure what took up five hours of cleaning. Before leaving that evening, the cleaner assured me the cabinets would be addressed. Yet, when I returned the next day for a final inspection before the buyers' walkthrough, I found most cabinets in the kitchen hadn't been touched. They weren't wiped down, and it was clear that attention to detail was lacking.
I called Kimberly to express my concerns, and she acknowledged the mistakes, offering to send the cleaners back to fix the issues. However, by that point, I had lost trust in their ability to do the job properly. Even if they returned, I would have had to go back to inspect their work again, which I simply didn't have time for with the move-in to my new home looming. Instead of preparing for my own move, I found myself cleaning up after the cleaners. If this had happened on the originally scheduled Friday, I might have had more time and patience to allow them to correct their work. But I was out of time and energy.
Kimberly did remove the cabinet cleaning charge, but I still paid around $300 for a service that I ended up finishing myself. Additionally, windows were not cleaned, which I later found out wasn't part of the move-out clean, but it added to the frustration.
Overall, I do not recommend this service for a move-out clean if you're looking to avoid added stress during an already hectic time. The lack of attention to detail and the last-minute rescheduling made this experience far more stressful than it needed to be. -
This service appeared professional and I was told that the owner provided cleaning supplies and training for the workers.
After utilizing this service for about a year a dispute arose where a dangerously inept contractor with a malicious lawyer defrauded me of nearly $20,000. That's all also in public record.
Then one day a 1099 worker was sent to the house from this company who took interest in many areas of my home and was asking bizarre questions about assets. I had never seen the person before and the 1099 worker didn't seem to be very concerned about cleaning the house.
I asked the owner about this and that initiated an interchange that made little sense to me. I did not get a response to my questions and the owner called my wife instead. One strange observation after all of this and maybe the owner will respond. Shortly after the concerning "event" a review was posted on Google maps with a good rating from "Recon Job" - again maybe the owner can make a public statement about all of this.
The owner appear to be disputing this but I would expect the person could be chosing to false statements. I certainly could post the email to you on this site and maybe I should. Also using subcontractors (1099) is probably not a good practice; it can be harmful in several ways. I believe I might have taken a picture of the person's grey SUV with a license plate number
