I used Zerorez for first time on carpet and upholstery. Shawn was on time and thorough with his work. He is very professional and friendly. He did a great job with everything. Sometimes after a carpet cleaning the carpet feels stiff, that is not the case here. Carpet looks and feels great. Same for upholstery. Highly recommended.

Shaun was great and did a fantastic job! My carpets had been at the mercy of my 3 young children and new dog, and he made them look brand new! Shawn from Zerorez arrived right on schedule for our recent service. We had a large job—six rooms, a walk-in closet, a hallway, and 27 stairs—and the results were incredible. We just moved into a new home with high-quality but aging carpet (10+ years) that was looking quite dingy. Between the "mystery stains" and a lingering mildew smell, I wasn't expecting miracles—I just wanted it clean.

The process was seamless; it was just shy of four hours from the initial "hello" to the "have a great day," with the actual cleaning taking even less time than that. Shawn was professional and thorough; we walked the house together so I could point out the problem areas, and he handled them with ease. He tackled stains I thought were permanent, leaving the carpet brighter, softer, and looking years younger.

We also opted for the deodorizer, which I highly recommend. It has a light, pleasant citrus scent—reminiscent of fresh oranges—that makes the whole house feel truly "clean" without being overpowering. Five stars for Shawn and the Zerorez team!
