First of all, let me start by saying that I don't normally take time to write reviews, however, a review of this company is definitely needed. I run a property management company and have had the pleasure of dealing with Four Suns twice now. Some of our owners use home warranty companies (which can be difficult to get quality vendors out in a timely manner) and this is how we were introduced to Four Suns. They are not only VERY responsive (were out the same day for a home warranty call) but took care of the problem right away and were VERY professional, honest and courteous to our clients. We will be using them going forward for ALL of our HVAC calls! A lot of HVAC companies come and go but I know this company will be around for a long time due to their customer philosophy. Thank you Four Suns!

I contacted Four Suns to perform my first annual inspection and tuneup on my home's three heating systems. The technician was extremely professional and took great care to explain to me the operations of my three systems. One humidifier required ordering a part and a return visit for installation. A couple of days later the same technician installed the part and insured all systems were operating properly. Again he assured that all my questions were answered before he left. I highly recommend this professional and caring company. Their rates were very reasonable for the time and work involved.

I am truly impressed with Four Suns Heating and Cooling, Inc. I have an under grad degree in Mechanical Engineering and find Four Suns to be knowledgeable, trustworthy, honest and fair in their pricing. Even when I thought we needed to replace a problematic furnace, they recommended against it. When I explained the history of the furnace prior to their looking at it, they still felt they could repair it. It was my decision to stop repairing the less than 10 year old furnace and they provided excellent input on choosing a new, less expensive, more reliable replacement. I will continue to use their excellent services. I recommend them highly to anyone looking for good, honest, fairly priced HVAC work.

I Was recommended Four Suns from a friend in Downers Grove, I’m in Glen Ellyn. I Called Four Suns yesterday 7/2, had an appointment set up for the morning of 7/3 (today). Rich came out and took care of my AC unit. Very professional, very knowledgeable and just overall stand up person. He walked me through each step of the process and explained everything He was doing. From the first contact face to face with a handshake, putting on the covers on the bottom of his shoes to come inside my house, to having my AC unit blowing cold air. He not only fixed my AC unit, but also gave me tips on how to maintain the unit as best I can. 5/5 would recommend Four Suns to every single person I can. Stop doubting and stop comparing, I’d they are available in your area please go with them. The quality and service is top notch. Thank you Rich and thank you Four Suns!

We contacted Jason at Four Suns as a recommendation through our subdivision Facebook group because our furnace motor was making a strange noise. He was able to come by within a 1/2 hour and quickly diagnose the problem rather quickly. (piece of filter stuck in the motor) He performed a complete check on the unit and was really fair with the service call fee. I liked and trusted him so much that I had them modify and install a 4inch filter box. I would highly recommend.

These guys are amazing!! We would highly recommend Four Suns to anyone looking for a great HVAC company. Jason installed our new Nest thermostat and took the time to go over all the features and programming of the new device. He was on time and extremely professional.

I recently had to have my entire AC/Furnace system replaced (it was 30 years old) and they helped me review my options, make the best choices, went the extra mile during installation and helped me register my new unit for Warranty Coverage before they left that day. Four Suns installed my furnace several years ago and have serviced it ever since. They are prompt. easy to schedule with, do a professional job and explain all my options. Their prices are reasonable and their techs are friendly. I highly recommend them for all HVAC needs.

I have used Four Suns Heating and Cooling for over 8 years now. They installed a new furnace here 8 years ago, my new AC unit last October., and a new water heater in January. A family run business, you'll deal with the same guys every time. It's nice to have familiar faces who know your house, and remember the history of any repairs or installations. They are extremely responsive when there are any issues. When something does go wrong, once it is fixed it is fixed. They are reliable and I have never had to call them back once they've repaired something because it wasn't done right. They are courteous, friendly, and will never try to sell you into anything you don't need. When you do need a replacement, they recommend reliable and cost effective equipment that will last. All this has kept me a customer since 2009 and I would highly recommend them.

Honest, reliable and fair with costing! Jason has been a pleasure to work with. He has always serviced our dual zone A/C's and furnaces and just recently installed brand new equipment for us. Jason and his crew are friendly and respectable. They get their job done in a timely manner and it's done with precision and perfection! I highly recommend. Their pricing is competitive and very fair, they show up on time and you can always count on them to be there when you have any issues. I highly recommend! It's not easy to find a company with great service and great pricing these days, so don't think twice about using Four Suns!

I recently moved to the area and used Four Suns for an HVAC tune-up and preventative maintenance. As a new homeowner, I appreciated how knowledgeable Jason was, he showed me how to use the dampers and fresh air system. He also performed a general check-up and acid cleaned the A/C coils, the unit is running even better now for the summer. Highly recommended Four Suns for your HVAC needs.

Absolutely recommend Four Suns! It's family owned, and they are fair and honest. A friend recommended them to us. We had our heating and A/C replaced by them a few years ago and they did an excellent job. We continue to have them come out and service our units. They're always responsive and never trying to sell us anything we don't need.

Love these guys the owner went out of his way to help me and my family during a big heat wave at our old home. He was able to get us a reasonable estimate over the phone prior to an on-site consultation. This allowed me to at least know what I was getting into. After he did his on-site consultation the estimate changed minimally and our replacement air conditioning that was the correct size for our home unlike the original installed was installed within 5 days of the initial call!! This meant a lot to me as a consumer with four young children and a wife that stays home without air conditioning during the heat wave. We've since moved from that home to a new home and we have a brand new air conditioner and furnace installed less than a year old and their team still provides outstanding service and helping us maintain the units for the winter and the summer. I've recommended Four Suns to several work colleagues friends and family everybody that has worked with them has had the same results high quality reasonable pricing phenomenal service.

Great family owned business. I’ve tried some of the larger companies but just don’t trust them. I trust Four Suns and have been very happy with the work they have done on our heating and AC needs.

Four Suns Heating & Cooling has been my first choice for several years. They initially replaced the air conditioner via an insurance policy. I appreciate the professionalism and honesty. When it was time to replace my heating system, I got prices from other Companies, but Four Suns, was both a good value and they did not high pressure me. A shout out to Rich for a recent repair. He took the time to go over the warranty and remind me of the features that provide 100% coverage over the next 10 years.

Highly recommend. My neighbor recommended them to me. I emailed Sunday night and they were out Monday morning. Joey was extremely informative and professional. Thanks to Jason for making it all work for me. Very pleased with the timing, service and very reasonable price.

New home owners, I contacted Four Suns as they had previously serviced the system in my new home, they were very knowledgeable and professional when talking with them about my system. They booked me in for a service and even fitted me in a day earlier than expected.
John was amazing, he listened to my questions helped explain everything about the system and advised on things to look for. Knowing now that we are all good for the winter ❄️ makes us happy as new home owners.

I was away on vacation and my son happened to come home early. He walked in the door and the house was at 89°!! I sent them a message at 11pm and received a reply first thing in the morning. Jason arrived before 10 am, quickly diagnosed the problem and was back running. He also said the fan motor “may” fail depending on how long there was power to it without running. He just said to keep an eye on it. Any other company may have just said to replace the motor and jacked the price. Quick, professional and honest. Highly recommend. Thank you!
