Bryan and Rich came out to look at some issues we’ve been having with our ac. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly they got here- barely even 20 minutes from the time I called. We are relatively new homeowners, so I followed them around and asked a bunch of questions. They were great about answering them all and explaining everything they were doing. They were thorough about diagnosing the issues, provided practical recommendations, didn’t try to upsell us with things we didn’t need, and the price for the service was very reasonable. This will be our go-to hvac company from now on.

Appreciate Four Suns! Sales came out to provide quote and options for a new AC. Service came to do the job, professional and a happy customer. Looking forward to lower summer bills!

Last night my hot water heater went out after about 15 years. It was in pretty rough shape with a leak so I knew it would need to be replaced. Four Suns answered my inquiry first thing in the morning and had a technician (Jason) over to my house immediately. He thoroughly explained what I would need in terms of service and product. Later that day Four Suns came back to do the removal / install. Joey, Brian and Angel were very cordial and professional. They managed to get the job done within 45 mins. I couldn't believe how quickly we resolved the problem and not only that but Four Suns charged us an extremely fair rate. I had 2 other places quote me that were substantially more for the same product / service.

Had a fan go out and called Four Suns. Prompt professional service from Jason and his team. We were able to schedule a consultation and go over options. Very knowledgeable about the different products and all the pros and cons. Ended up being able to repair it right away after getting the parts. Works good as new. Even upgraded the thermostat unit! Will definitely use them again for all my HVAC needs and would recommend them to anyone needing service.

The best!! I was referred by a friend when our heating and air failed. Jason was super timely, professional and knowledgeable! He didn't try to sell me more than I needed! Great quality service and clean! We have them back every year for our regular maintenance! Will never use another company!!!

I'm so glad to have found Four Suns! They have come out to an area they don't normally within 8-12 hours every time I've had an issue. The diagnosis has been quick and correct. The job has always gotten done within 24 hours and I've not had to deal with being upsold at every opportunity like some companies. I have 2 small children so having no heat in the winter is such a fear of mine but I always know I can call in a crisis, like family. Highly recommend!

13 mo ago payed above $700 for apparently the cheapest blower motor on the market being installed. That included $99 service fee and above $600 for replacement motor. Motor stopped functioning shy of 13 months after, passing the “extended” warranty by a month. Replaced it myself costing about $150 for a better motor. At the time I believed I was getting a quality OEM part which I checked costed about $330, so adding a work hour almost justified the cost.

I contacted them to see what resolution they would offer, they refused to provide a new motor but did say if I waited until Monday they would help install IF I purchased the new motor. I refused and installed - working - the new one in less than an hour.

The reasoning on their side was they used cheaper part to save costs over OEM, extending 90 day warranty to a year, and it’s industry standard practice, the truck fleet, personnel cost etc.

From my point of view- all the truck fleet, extended personnel and other costs of running business that got added as $500 on top of the cost of the cheapest $90 motor and $99 service fee are waste passed onto us, if the motor is so bad it blows just passed 12 mo.

Watch some youtube videos and diy if you can safely. Otherwise ASK about the motor brand, it’s quality, AND use a service that doesn’t cause reoccurring yearly $729 costs for a $90 motor.
