I was appreciative of Justin keeping me informed of the upcoming service call. Ron and Kyle called ahead to let me know they were on their way. I also received a text message alerting me of their arrival. Both Ron and Kyle were not only on time but were very professional. They took the time to explain the work that was necessary to correct problems that were not addressed from the previous HVAC company that installed my furnace. I feel like I'm in good hands with Nortech Environmental and not getting the run around as i did with the other company. Thank you so much!

Hi Lisa – I just wanted to personally THANK both you and Ron for your outstanding service!! MacKenzie and Scott were both terrific installers yesterday, too, and worked hard in 100 degree heat to get our house back to good. Justin has been great every step of the way as well – very attentive and friendly. I was shocked this morning when our house went from 91 degrees and humid at 2pm yesterday to 68 degrees and really cool/crisp by 6:30am this morning. SHOCKED!!!

Thanks again for everything!! We appreciate the good folks and our relationship with Nortek Environmental!!
