Air conditioner went out during one of our hottest days. Called All Seasons Air Conditioning for service. Prompt response with a reasonable price estimate. Service tech came out later that day and install new part … he was wonderful and worked outside during a thunder shower. Kudos to him and All Season !!!!!

My A/C went out on a Thursday afternoon. I contacted All Seasons in the evening, they were so helpful and walked me through some troubleshooting to see if I could get the air back up and running. They got me on the schedule right away and took about an hour to fix, once they arrived. The communication was really good on when they could get over and when they are on their way. Al was very professional and knowledgeable about my system. I called because All Seasons has been servicing my home before I purchased in April and had a maintenance schedule that was kept up to date posted by my furnace. They had the history on the service saved and knew exactly what to correct.

Al was very helpful with the furnace check up. Explained alot of things I did not know about my Aprilaire and the filter for the furnace as well as the filter for the Aprilaire.

Poor service. I strongly do not recommend. The sales/service guy had no idea what he was dealing with and all he wanted me to replace the furnace but couldn’t answer why my AC and furnace both stopped working at the same time. He didn’t answer me if replacing furnace will turn on AC or not. And he just told me that they can look into that in spring as I won’t be using AC in winter.
I asked him to send me the quote for repair as well as replacement and I never received anything. What a waste of time and $120 just to have someone manipulate you for two hours.
Plenty of other good and cheap services in Naperville area so try elsewhere.

All Seasons have always been reliable. They replaced our furnace several years ago. It’s been running great. Every year I do their twice a year maintenance plan. It’s a reasonable price and gives me peace of mind and smooth heating and cooling every year. I highly recommend them!

I have been going to All Seasons for a few years now and its been excellence. Very knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly technicians. I have a York AC/Furnace and have regular system PMs with All Seasons. Also they were incredibly helpful with transferring the original warranty to me while replacing one of the motors. This not only saved me alot of money but showed me their willingness to go beyond the sale and fully provide for the customer.
