Ware Landscaping & Snow Removal

First off, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this firm for just about anything you need done. As others have also said, they do OUTSTANDING WORK. A few months ago I had them install a French Drain for me, as well as pulling out a number of dead bushes and replacing them new bushes. All their work is top notch. And they leave your property without a trace of ever being there. 100% clean up. But it's not just their work, they are a GREAT VALUE!! And everyone I dealt with from this firm was a total professional. They actually answer their phones and return calls. I also got the bid for the job in a matter of hours ... hours!! Not days, or weeks like some other firms, but same day. It was a pure pleasure working with Greg Fassnact in developing the plan for my house. Wendy and Michael answered all my inquiries pronto. And Charlie and his crew were quick and efficient in getting everything done. Thank you again for the work you did for me. Can't say this about everyone, but it truly was a pleasure working with you all. See you next year.

We have been waiting to write this review to make sure our system had been tested with the most that the change of seasons could throw at it and we have to report 100% success to our projects goals. Our family can now rest more comfortably after the Ware team installed a drainage solution that had been plaguing our property for decades before we ever moved in.

From our first meeting to project completion we were thoroughly impressed. Starting with Michael's quick understanding of our multi-tiered issues, to his personal project spec and program, to the Ware team who delivered a gorgeous solution to us, (and our neighbors who we had to intrude on their beautiful yard in the middle of the summer). Keeping everyone happy, they quickly and professionally handed us back a beautifully irrigated yard that performs beyond our expectations.

UPDATE - maybe 10 years later? MASSIVE rainfall in Naperville mid-August - neighbors all report rivers of water and high levels of wetness. I grab my morning coffee, peek out my blinds, and see my yard has been drained effectively and I say to myself - Team Ware is STILL exceeding my expectations.

Just hired WARE for drainage issues in the back. They did a beautiful job!! We are so happy with it! Geronimo and Charlie the leads were so polite and communicative asked if we had questions and came through with expectations throughout the job! Our yard is now usable and the path around our garage is gorgeous! We are so happy with their work. My only complaint is Michael upon quoting stating that they would add electric… he was throwing that in. A typical salesman I’m giving you this for free. But what that meant was burying the electric extension chord in PVC, in the yard. I didn’t ask enough questions. There were multiple miscommunications. And in the end, he said we should have our contractors add an outlet, since they are coming in the Spring anyway. Disappointed. Just make sure you ask questions.

Other than that a great experience and happy we chose Ware.
