Paving Contractor reviews in Naperville, Illinois

Wonderful job! Great customer service. Platinum Patio and Pavers with Saul, his crew and the entire team have been fantastic: quick, professional, taking care of any details. Strongly recommended.

Saul and his crew were great. They worked through the hot weather to get the job done. We are very happy with the way the patio turned out. If you need a patio give Scott a call.

Platinum Pavers are extremely professional, efficient, and personable. I highly recommend them. The entire staff was wonderful. The end product is beautiful and our entire family have been enjoying it!

I honestly can't say enough about how happy we are with our patio that Joe Liesch and Platinum Patio created for us. This new space has given us the opportunity to spend many relaxing and enjoyable moments outside with family and friends. I highly recommend Platinum Patio, Joe, Saul and his crew for any project, large or small. Their commitment to quality and customer service exceeded our expectations!

Saul and his crew were all so sweet and did amazing work extending and refreshing our old patio. Its amazing what they were able to accomplish so quickly! It now has more square footage and a modern vibe. It’s so beautiful and clean. We will enjoy the space immensely!!!!!!

Saul and his crew did a wonderful job. We are so happy with the Patio they built for us. Their hard work shows in the finished product!

They do a good job and were very responsive when we had questions or issues. This was the 2nd job that they did for us, and the pergola they installed this time looks great.

Joe, Scott and the team were absolutely amazing. They were able to complete our beautiful patio project start to finish in about 3 weeks. I now have the most beautiful sidewalk/patio on the block. I cannot wait to hire these guys again!

Scott and his crew just finished installing a 280 sf Uniblock patio at the end of our Trex deck (installed by Platinum Decking this past winter). We are very happy with the result! Scott is knowledgeable and responsive. We worked together through our initial specs, his thorough quote, and a productive design walkthrough. Scott is communicative, friendly and flexible. He was available as needed. His crew, Saul, Manuel and Joaquin, were excellent: friendly, responsive to and with suggestions, hard workers attentive to details, and communicative about the work that they we doing. Our experience with this group make it easy to recommend Platinum Patio and Pavers as outstanding. :-)) Thanks, Scott, Saul, Manuel, and Joaquin!

I had a small patio (about 240sqft) built in my front yard. Platinum Patio and Pavers was very professional, they answered all my questions and explained everything in details. They shared a timeline and respected it. During the construction, Honer and his crew were extremely efficient and fast. They explained me step by step what was going on, gave some suggestions to adjust the project ( it is a little bit different when you see a real project and not just an image on your computer) . I had a very positive experience with this company.

We had Platinum Patio replace our old ashalt driveway with a unilock permeable paver driveway. Saul and his crew did a great job!! Any job always has items that pop up but Scott and Saul were very responsive in getting htem addressed. Not only is the finished product environmentally friendly, but it looks awesome and we have been getting compliments non-stop. Thanks again Saul and Scott! Highly recommend Platinum Patio!! Five stars!

We had an old paver patio torn out and replaced. Jose and his crew were awesome and are truly craftsmen. They put a lot of work and time into making the patio a great space. All of the people from Platinum were very responsive and professional. I highly recommend them for your project.

I cannot overstate what a wonderful job the Platinum Patio crew did for our front and back patios. They worked incredibly hard to get our project completed, and in extreme heat as well. Every detail was meticulously worked on to perfection, ensuring that the job was exactly what we had envisioned — the final patio was even greater than we expected! Beautiful, solid work and we can’t thank the Platinum Patio team enough!

We can't speak more highly of the Platinum Patio team. From extra care taken in planning, off hours phone calls with us to answer questions and make recommendations through to the amazing crew that constructed our patio. Saul and his team were awesome. They completed everything in a top-notch way in a week, while even losing a day due to thunderstorms, kept us updated along the way, answered more questions and when done left everything from patio to driveway incredibly clean. Highly recommended.

Jose's crew with Platinum Patio did a great job! I highly recommend them. The new patio looks terrific. They offered very good recommendations on colors. It adds immediate value to our home and we look forward to using it for many years!

Platinum Patio & Pavers did an absolutely wonderful job of taking out my old driveway and front walkway and replacing it with brand new Brussels Block Pavers. Saul's team was fast, friendly, efficient and patient with my many questions during the job. The owner of the company, Scott Ackmann, came by daily to check on the job and lived up to his promise of quality workmanship and my wife and I love the finished product!

Platinum Pavers was a great experience, they built a new porch, paver sidewalk, and back stone stairs for my daughter’s house. Joe L. was a great salesperson to work with, very consultative and responsive. You could tell he had a lot of experience under his belt and he guided us through a fantastic buying process.

Saul’s crew worked quickly and efficiently and finished our project much earlier than expected. The quality of the patio and the work they did is beyond what I expected. Despite a few issues with the cutting of our internet cord and a/c cord, I would still give the crew 5 stars.

When the project was finished, I wasn’t completely happy with how high up it was off the ground. It was a drop, not a step down into the yard like what was discussed. I wish I had indicated in the contract how far down the step would be. At the steepest point down, it was 16 inches. A very dangerous “step” for young ones and elderly ones. While we did have to pay for some of the cost to bring in more topsoil and grass seed, the job was still completed in a timely manner. Since this was the first "big" project we completed in our house, I wish I knew all the questions that should have been asked prior.

There were some communications issues on both ends during this project. However, Scott does take pride in his work and really wanted to make things right. He called to make sure everyone left on good note. I appreciated that call. Overall, I give 4 stars for this project and would recommend Platinum Patios to anyone looking for hard-working and staunch individuals.

Platinum Patio & Pavers was absolutely fantastic to work with! I surveyed about 4 business for bids and their team was the most responsive, professional, and expedient as possible.

On the day of install, the team was remarkably fast! The foreman (Saul) and his team were kind, clear about what work would be done, informative about what would be happening, and remarkable effective. We had a 30+ year old deck they were able to demolish in about 2 hours and install a brand new patio within about 4 days. I’m wowed by the quality and efficiency they provided.

They have not just installed a patio… they gave us back a backyard that we can have celebrations, picnics, and a fun place to allow out kid to grow.

If you want reclaim you backyard, Platinum patio & Pavers team will be there to help you through your project!

Platinum Patio transformed my backyard into an oasis for my family. They shared their insight and expertise to help me create the concept that I wanted and then used their incredible skill to make it happen.

Helpful and responsive were the two key words in planning.

Efficient and talented were the two key words for the actual building.

Always professional. Great work team.

Saul and his team were quick, accurate and helped me understand what they were doing and how. Great experience. Patio looks great and we have much better usable space in our smaller backyard as a result. They even helped me with an unexpected retaining wall I needed to build for a dog run in the same day.
