Brad was so knowledgeable and efficient. He doesn’t cut corners and does things right the first time. I liked how he explained everything in detail before doing the work. I would highly recommend him for all your plumbing needs!

Ron and his team at Marquise are excellent. We initially contacted them to help us remove an existing tub enclosure and to install a new bathtub. They were very quick to respond and set up an appointment time for us. While here performing the work, they were courteous, super friendly, and worked very quickly and efficiently, even hauling away the old tub enclosure for us.

A few months later, we found ourselves with an unrelated emergency sewer backup. We panicked and called a big name plumbing and drain cleaning company. They gave us an extremely high quote for our issue. We called Ron to get his opinion on the issue. He was able to come out almost immediately and quickly diagnose our problem, and set up a time to do the repair. He saved us at least $1500. Our sewer line had severed from the house at the foundation, so repairing it required digging 4 feet deep, and about a 4 x 4 foot square in the very front of our house. Ron and his team worked hard to save as much of our landscaping as possible, and to leave as much of our yard as untouched as they could. We couldn't be happier with their work.

If we need ANY plumbing service in the future, Ron will be the first and only person we call. He cares about his customers and his business. His service and prices are truly unbeatable.

We recently moved in to a new house and scheduled with a different company to have an exterior gas line run to our grill. The installer never showed and we never received a call. We made multiple calls for estimates and were met with numbers that were three times higher than Brad's quote.

He came out the next day, was very efficient and professional. I am actually glad to have waited in order to do business with him.

I simply can't say enough good things about Brad & Joe. Twice I have called about a water leak (once in the bathroom, the latest in my basement), and they have responded quickly. This last time, I had found a water leak by my furnace. Joe came out, took one look and said I needed an HVAC service. He was right! Love having someone so honest, makes me have faith in people. Excellent service, fair and honest price!!

I left a message at 7:30AM, Brad called me back before his office opened and was here by 10AM to clear a badly clogged kitchen drain. I appreciated that he shared the fee with me on the phone. Marquise Plumbing was the best! The plumber who worked on our place was very knowledgeable and professional, his name was Jay. While working on our plumbing issue, Jay noticed a serious problem and needed to get the owner Brad over to our condo. Within 15mins Brad was there to discuss the issue. Long and short, Jay prevented a major leak between my condo unit and the neighbors below me. They needed to come back on a Monday to finish the work because they needed to get into the ceiling of my lower neighbors unit to help prevent any water leaking or damage. Jay, who lives in Indiana, offered to stay the weekend at a local hotel in order to address this issue with us the first thing Monday morning (no cost to us). That showed me that he really cared about fixing this problem immediately. What a great guy and nice thing to offer us! Thanks again Brad & Jay for helping fix our kitchen, my wife and I truly appreciate it.

Amazing wrok. Brad is really your friendly neighbor, with a ton of good suggestions and wast experience. He does his job professionally and quickly. Very responsive, on time arrival and competitve pricing. I will definitelly use his services again, and can highly recommend him to anyone.

Brad is awesome. I called about some corroding pipes in my crawl space. He came out with Jay and identified a couple other problem spots that could be taken care of at the same time. The price was fair and the work was done quickly. I knew these were good guys when Jay let some other contractors, working on our HVAC, use his cordless tools so they didn't have to go back out to their truck.

I can't say enough good things about Brad. I called him after an encounter with another local plumber who's quote to replace a thermostat on our water heater set off enough red flags in my head to send him packing. Brad came out within minutes to see what the problem was, he drove a total of 20 miles to go get the parts we needed, so that we could have hot water the same day. He charged less than half of what the other plumber quoted, fixed the problem within a few hours and to top it off he's very personable .

Brad is awesome. Had a battery backup sump pump behaving erratically with different error codes. Unlike others, he did a very thorough assessment inside and out, tested voltages, etc. and confidently said, "I found your problem."

We went thru several different options and went forward with the one that worked the best for us. He was on-time and a complete professional. Cannot recommend more highly.

Brad's main goal right now is keeping customers safe while helping with their plumbing needs. He put my mind at ease by calling ahead & explaining the covid safety precautions he would be taking. Not only did he do an exceptional job but he took every precaution to put my health & safety first. He was prompt, polite, professional, and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend using his company.

We've been working with Brad for years at two separate homes, on projects ranging from simple shower head replacements to larger projects such as toilet repair, water heater work, and sump pump replacements.

Brad is awesome to work with — an absolute pro. And prices are incredibly reasonable compared to many Naperville-area competitors who like to tack on the 'ol "Naperville tax."

This was our second time using Marquise Plumbing. First time was our basement almost flooded because our main sump pump stopped working, the back up couldn’t keep up pumping out the water. His employee came at night, worked VERY fast to install a new pump. Price was fair! Fast forward, two months ago our water heater tank was leaking. Called Marquise, Brad gave me the quote over the phone. Came and told me it needed to be replaced. Again, worked really fast and his price was fair. The price was even cheaper than what I paid 8yrs ago.

I totally agree with another reviewer... Brad is not just doing business, he is building a long time relationship with his customers, providing them fair price, reliable product and good customer services.

This review is the usual great job and great price because it was but the outstanding part was Brad. Knowledgeable, professional but so personable. If I need any plumbing work I will definitely call Marquise Plumbing. I’ll be giving my friends the heads up too for any plumbing jobs they might need.

We have used his service couple times already. The most recent job was to replace a sump pump. Brad is very professional and pleasant to work with. He is very knowledgeable and always explains and communicates the work to us clearly. The price is fair and reasonable. We highly recommend him for any plumbing jobs.
