They have been servicing our HVAC for 8 years. Chris and his staff are great. I wouldn't trust anyone else.

Chris and his team replaced both of my heating and cooling systems in one day. They were so neat, clean, professional and very friendly! This was an excellent experience from the beginning with Nichole answering all of my questions to Chris making sure I understood everything & was happy! I could not recommend them more!!! ❤️❤️

My husband and I started experiencing problems with our current AC unit about 2 weeks ago. I made a call 1st. thing in the morning and Chris came right over to address it for us. Unfortunately we had a leak source of some sort (not unexpected with the age of our system). In speaking with Chris and what the future held both with service visits and expense to keep our current system afloat we entertained the idea of an upgrade. Chris was very honest and prompt in addressing all of our concerns with an upgrade and provided us with multiple estimates for various level units and costs. Well we decided to go for it. Yesterday was install day and the work was completed at the end of the day. What a wonderful experience so far. Not even one day in and we love the new Trane HVAC system that was installed. It is super quiet, cools fantastic and looks so much better then what we did have both inside and out. We now will have lots of years of reduced utility costs and great service if needed! My husband was home for the install and the men at our home were professional, neat, clean and extremely thorough in the work they performed and explaining the detail of our new system. Ken stopped by too while in process to make sure everything was going well. Again a huge THANK YOU to Pederson HVAC. You all are the BEST!!!

Over the years Pederson's has serviced my AC whenever there was an issue. They were always quick and the job got done, always! My system was the original that was put in when the house was built in 1983 and I have known for the last few years it was just limping along. When it would break down or run out of Freon, they were there to repair and although they recommended that it was time to consider a new unit, I never felt pressured one single time. When my unit finally did give up, they did everything to keep us comfortable with the old unit until the new one could be put in which was only like 2 or 3 days. They were here bright and early to install the new unit. The crew was very pleasant and professional while working around my home and Chris was on site to get things going and came back at completion to aide in a connectivity issue with the Wi-Fi connection. Nichole is awesome in the office and a real star when it comes to treating their customers right! From the office to the techs and installers, I am over the top satisfied. This area is so lucky to have a business with Big City execution and small country town values!! Thanks to Chris and Nichole and all the guys! Stay Cool because I certainly am!!!!

Pederson HVAC is by far the best around!! They replaced our A/C unit & always provide wonderful service!! They are trustworthy, efficient, and just overall really great! I will ALWAYS recommend them to family & friends!!

Highly do not recommend! They came out and fixed my furnace 3 years ago. At the time I was renting and apparently the landlord did not pay the bill. I bought the house from the landlord and explained to Chris at pederson that I’ll be the one paying from now on. He had a nasty attitude and said find someone else. Don’t punish me over someone else’s behavior.

Highly recommend! Could not have been better service. Pleasant experience. Quickly came to save the day, when my heat was not working on a bitter cold day. Showed up at scheduled time, fixed what I needed and very polite! Thanks for all your help, I really appreciate it.

Chris and his crew installed a new boiler for me. They did a phenomenal job and were very clean and thorough. I got quotes or attempted to from 10 companies. I had actually agreed for another company to do it and then they cut communication. I am glad they did, Chris was very communicative letting me know every step of the way what was going on. Boilers and other heating systems are all backordered and he kept me informed throughout the wait. Once the unit came in, he was here the next day to install. Thank you to Pederson for keeping my house warm.

Phenomenal customer service! I called this morning as my heat went out in the middle of the night. Chris was here within the hour and completed the repair in a timely fashion. Fair pricing, too.

I Would put 0 stars if possible and You can thank Justin for the review, Chris! Tried getting my unit fixed under the supposed warranty it was sold with, but he hasn't responded since June. I had 2 other companies come out and tell me there is no warranty on it unless the installer (Justin and your company) warranty it. For all the hassle your cousin has been, I could have bought a new unit from Viviano and came out way ahead, but I didn't think this would happen! A man is only as good as his word, and his word has been anything but good. And yes, I sent him pictures of ALL data tags on the unit.

Pederson HVAC is a first-class operation with fantastic technicians, great management, and the BEST customer communications. Last year (2023) they installed a new system to replace an aging and troubled one. Chris Pederson and his team could not have been more professional, friendly, and competent in doing the work. The much newer technology is fantastic, and our home is significantly more comfortable with very consistent temperatures. Our energy bills are reduced from before, even with inflation. We signed up for a maintenance contract and the techs are professional, courteous, and friendly. Nichole was proactive in scheduling the specific service appointment, so we didn't have to chase them down. As a Veteran myself, that connection with Chris (an Army Veteran) instantly conveyed a sense of integrity and competence being a core value set of Pederson HVAC. This company is the real deal!

I had a HVAC unit that had been installed at my new house which worked well for approx 9 years. I started having problems and the first thing was when they came out to check “ you need a new unit” was the only recommendation. I had another company come out after working on a refrigerant leak found that the unit had never been sat on a pad and was on the ground and had inches of water in it! I called Pederson and they said they would let management know. I never heard another thing. Do not recommend.

Chris and his crew did a fantastic job installing a completely new HVAC system for me in Troy. Showed up early. Answered all questions. Notified us of existing Ameren rebates. And kept us updated as to when and how long it would take. Cleaned up everything too when they were done...like they were never there...except for the much needed new system they installed. Thanks guys.

I can't say enough positive things about my experience with Pederson HVAC. With temperatures hitting the low 90s, we lost an AC unit to the second floor of our home. Both the AC unit and furnace were long past their service life. After calling to schedule an appointment, Chris came out to our house very quick and I had a quote for a full replacement that next morning.

Not only was the cost of the system SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper than other places I had give me a quote, Chris and his team were able to install within two days of having a quote.

The quality of the work is fantastic. The crew was incredibly professional and thorough in explaining all the work they were completing and how the new system would function.

I was beyond happy with the work Pederson HVAC did. As a result, I signed up for their annual service agreement and will go back to them when it's time to replace the downstairs unit in the home.

Replaced our boiler with a new hvac unit, and the guys that came out were prompt, polite, and cleaned up after themselves. We also had the motherboard to the new unit go out about a year later b/c of a power surge. They came out that same day when it was Satan's front porch weather, and fixed it under warranty.

Incredible service!! Justin & Allen came out and saved the day for us immediately when the A/C went out. Both of them were professional, friendly and instantly put me at ease. Our AC stopped working in our house on one of the hottest days of this spring. We contacted Pederson HVAC, and they promptly came out with a very competitive quote. They installed the new AC within a few days and cleaned up after the installation. We are extremely satisfied with the entire process. All our interactions with the office, the technician, and the owner were highly professional.
