These are the folks to call if you have a tree problem. We had a tree fall in our yard. On our deck and on a swing glider. The tree base was approx 24”. Inside of1 hour you could not find a leaf in the area of that tree. They came out and chipped that tree, branches and all. Raked the leaves and debris up. Everyone had a job and not a minute was wasted. Absolutely the BEST!!!

I recieved an estimate from this company because I seen them doing work down the street back in early april. They provided a preliminary quote that day. When called back to schedule work, the company representative stated that they would need to come out and provide an actual estimate on paper. The appointment was scheduled and the company missed the appointment without notification. When reached out the company was very apologetic, so we gave them another chance. At the end of April, I received an actual estimate and called to schedule the work officially. At this time, the company stated they would not be able to provide an exact date, but stated it would be around the end of May and would provide a 3 day notice. The end of May came and gone and I had never received a call from the company. I reached out via phone and the phone did not ring and their mailbox was full. Therefore, I sent an email and received a response stating due to the wet weather they were running behind. This is understandable considering the rain we have had this year. However, it is still unprofessional to not reach out to people to let them know the status. On July 8th, I reached back out to the company for a follow up and 3 emails later never received a response until stating a bad business review would be posted. In about 5 minutes after sending that email, I received the following response:

"Good evening,

I sincerely apologize, but due to unforeseen circumstances we had a retirement and we are out of business. I apologize for the inconvenience this has caused.

Kevin Laird"

Considering I have waited 3 months for the work to be completed from this company, it is very frustrating to find out the waiting was all for nothing.

This guy and his crew are very professional. Not only did they do a great job but they cleaned everything up very well which we appreciated. The fact that it was so close to our house really scared me, so I asked for insurance proof and not only did he provide it, but he put it in our name and emailed me a copy. I would use them again for sure! So happy the dead tree is finally gone! Safe and sound!!!
