I saw a previous post regarding Brad's failure to respond to a call, and I don't understand it (maybe he was in the hospital or something, this man goes above and beyond)...BIG thumbs up!

Boe’s heating and Cooling installed my furnace 1 1/2 years ago. When it started to have problems, I called and left 3 voicemails over the course of 10 days. I never heard back from them. I finally had to have another HVAC repair company come out and fix it. That technician told me that a few things were not installed properly and as such, they were creating the problems that I was having. Boe’s advertises 24 hour emergency services. Clearly that is not what happened in my case. They couldn’t even be bothered to return my calls.

Brad, Installed a new furnace a couple a years back and did a great job. Very good pricing and very honest and knowable. Had him back when my water heater start leaking it was 20 year old unit. Had him install a new one which has been working great and is very competitive with units from anywhere else out there. You can count Boe's heating and cooling as long Brad keeps working there.
