I bought new carpet and the part joining 2 rooms was supposed to have a seam that would not be visible. The installer decided not to do a seam and leave a gap between the carpet segments. It looks awful. It has been a month and they still have not even scheduled anyone to fix it! They keep saying, be patient, they contractor installer will do something. I could not be more disappointed in the final product and the customer service.
