Disappointed in service and communication.
Called and asked for a diagnostic, when they arrived they made my wife sign a paper then proceeded to do a bunch of unauthorized work not related to the problem.
500% (no joke) markup on parts is atrocious. Avoid at all costs

Our power completely went out, so we had a serious situation at home. I called A-Plus Electric, and in short order, I was contacted by an electrician. Leo and Steve came to our home and provided excellent emergency service. They were knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I am pleased with the service I received.

They came out to help us with low voltage problems and ended up replacing a couple breakers as well as installing a whole home surge protector. They also helped us install 2 dimmer switches in the bathroom upstairs. Amounted to $900.
Now, instead of low voltage problems, we're having TOTAL outages daily.
We asked them to come back and take a look and they said "yes, for a fee." Greedy company, terrible service.
