Plumbing reviews in Niles, Illinois

They were super quick with response time and setting an appointment to come fix the drain. They replaced it and did amazing work! Definitely recommend!

Think twice before using them. The owner is a con-artist. They were called to my property through my Home Warranty company. The home warranty approved the service which means he would have been reimbursed. However, when I asked for the Certificate of Insurance he refused. He stated that he would only provide it if I did not go through the warranty company. This should have no barring on him covering his work and providing the COI as required per state law. He just wanted to charge more for the service. This is illegal business practice and I want to make sure all are aware before hiring these cons.

Yordan was great! He was thorough, communicative and did a great job. I would recommend!

By far, Method Plumbing provides the best plumbing service I've received thus far. I contacted AHS with an issue that occurred 4 days ago with a drain clog in the kitchen sink. I reached out to AHS which assigned an original contractor over the weekend but they called shared that they weren't available until Tuesday 1/10 and didn't feel that they had the expertise to resolve the matter at hand. So, for the interim I requested someone else and as I waited for them to secure someone I looked for contractors on my end.
In doing so I had a few reputable well-known companies come out that provided expensive and overwhelming quotes that left me stressed, perplexed and overwhelmed for a few days. However, all this was eased when AHS assigned my claim to Method Plumbing.
Immediately after being reassigned, Jordan at Method gave me a call on Sunday 1/9/2023 and asked me to share details on what was going on. Not only did he patiently listen to my frustration with all the avenues I've tried; he professionally explained some techniques which may work to resolve the matter. All the while, not shedding any bad light on any of his competitors techniques/methods. In addition to this, he was honest about his availability and showed up as promised on 1/10/2023 between 9-10 AM.
Jordan and Andrew arrived at 9am today, assessed and repaired the leak and unclogged the drain in ONE HOUR(or less)- ....
Other contractors painted this out to be an arduous job which would require hours of rodding and which require us to spend a lot of money in repairs.
But, Jordan and Andrew finished in less than an hour without any additional cost nor any major construction.
Their charisma, passion and courteousness is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.... 10 STARS FOR ME***
Oh and I forgot to add that I overheard Jordan quoting a price for rodding a kitchen sink to someone on the phone when he was here, which is 1/3 of the price charged by his competitor- I know because I had the same quote given to me twice for the same job.... (I didn't tell him this, yet... )

Professional and excellent service. They came on time and fixed the problem quickly. Thank you!

Method Plumbing was great! The plumbers provided a high quality, timely, and friendly service, while completing work on multiple plumbing issues during a single visit. All for an affordable price. Would recommend for any plumbing needs.

Jordan promptly gave me a call when AHS assigned our issue to Method Plumbing. He kept me updated with when he would come inspect our issue. He was prompt, and gave me calls to update me on his arrival time. We have had multiple plumbers transfer our job, and Jordan came ready to take on the issue. Our claim is still in process, but Jordan was very knowledgable, and sincerely wanted to help us as much as he can. I can do an update review once this job is finished, but I can say Jordan was very professional and knowledgable.

Jordan and Andrew replaced our tankless water heater in such a timely, efficient and professional manner. It works amazingly! Before that, they replaced our water valve that other plumbers told us couldn't be done without ripping our wall out. Guess what? They did it without having to do that and it works even better than it did before. If you're looking for excellent service with guys you can trust to do the job right and not screw you over, look no further.

Andrew from Method Plumbing is honest, competent, knowledgeable, and kind. He helped us out during a holiday with a quick turnaround AND was on time with great communication. He truly saved us when we were in a bind. Highly recommend!

Yordan Radev installed our new Navien tankless water heater. The installation went perfectly due to his knowledge, experience and personal pride in his workmanship. We would definitely use them again.

Method Plumbling was great to work with. Our water heater started leaking and they were very responsive throughout the whole process. Appts were set quickly and they arrived on time. Overall, couldn't have expected a better experience. Thank you!

Jordan has helped me out twice now. Both times he was great to work with, on time, very professional and helped me save money. Jordan evaluated my home as if it was his own and found solutions that solved the problem quickly and without hassle. Method was great! They got sent by my home warranty company. They cleared a stoppage that we were having a hard time with ourselves . They were timely, professional, and most importantly they fixed the problem.

Since I was at work my girlfriend let them in. They did a great job not only communicating the issue/fix with her but also gave me a call as well which I really appreciated. Would definitely recommend or hire again. Very professional and very happy with the service.

Jordan came out to replace my old damaged water heater. He was timely, professional, knowledgeable and friendly! He also answered any questions I had during and after the install. Highly recommend their services!

I was having a leak under my sink. I have plumbers come out several time but couldn't correctly point out the problem. The plumber came in and test several methods and found the true issue. We needed our disposal replace. Problem is fixed and with minimal down time. I really appreciate the effort to find what was actually wrong. Thank you!

Amazing professional! Experienced, knowledgeable and fast! Yordan helped me from a really unpleasant situation that no ones wonts to be in. From the figuring out where is the problem, to the hands on (dirty) work he found the "roots" of my problem in my case literally!!! Now, Yordan is my man to help! Thanks again Yordan!

First time using Method Plumbing.
Had a corroded, leaking drain pipe under the bathroom sink.
Method was able to send someone out the same day and Andrei took care of the problem quickly and efficiently. The price was reasonable, and we would recommend Method Plumbing, and would use their services in the future.

We have a Navien tankless water heater and needed to find someone to flush the system. I saw some reviews and took a chance and was not disappointed. Yordan was very knowledgeable and very thorough. I would definitely recommend and will use him again.
