That's the closest appliance service from where I live and I decided to call them, the service man was very serious maybe he had a bad day, but he definitely made my day helping me fix.

Do not hire! I recently purchased a multifamily on the north side and had them come out to service a washer/dryer. After i approved the parts purchase, which was unfortunately delayed several fays from what they communicated to me, they finally came onsite and the part they said was bad didnt fix the issue.

He said i needed another part, so again they came out about a week later with the part and that too unfortunately did not solve the problem. When i spoke to the technician he definsively said it was my fault and i broke the part. I responded that 1. I do not live there and have never even touched the washer and 2. If thst was the case - why are you now saying this after the third time youre coming onsite? He got even more defensive.

Around the same time, my brother also hired them to fix his fridge and the same thing happened. They said it was a capacitor. Appeoved the purchase. Came out and did not solve the issues. At which time they tried to upsell him on a bigger part.

Theyre in the business of selling parts. Do not ever use them.
