I called them and was told that the wires had broken between the furnace and thermostat - an easy fix or replacement with a wireless thermostat, costing $500. I opted for the new one, which came with a $350 thermostat and $150 labor. However, online research revealed the same exact thermostats could be found for $237. When I brought this to their attention, the representative became dismissive and rude. Their employee, who installed the unit in 10-15 minutes, then demanded payment without letting me verify everything was working properly. Overall, I wouldn't recommend them due to their poor attitude.
