Great service, great service guy that showed me some chewed wires cause by mice. Had enough wire on compressor unit to do a quick repair. Thanks! Will use them again.

We have a business relationship with McDuffee HVAC company for many years. We received a great value on our new complete system many years ago now and we continue to use them for our maintenance or repair needs. They have the knowledge, experience, all around positive customer service people look for in a contracting company. We are very pleased every time we get them out for our HVAC needs. Definitely, a positive recommendation for anyone looking for a new system, repair, or just an annual check up for your existing system.

When we bought our house we immediately planned to change our heater and air conditioning unit. I shopped around and got a couple of quotes from Four Seasons, Charles McDuffee and another local vendor. We ended up choosing Charles McDuffee. Steve McDuffee came to our house to check what we currently and needs to be repaired and replaced. He actually suggested that we need to have a new humidifier since the existing one that we have looks like it will breakdown in the next couple of months.

The shopping for vendor/quote started right in the Spring of 2014 but we didn’t get the furnace installed until September of that year. Steve didn’t push us to do it immediately, he gave us a good price and financing options. Installation was great too, they were on time and cleaned up everything that they used both in the basement and outside. Steve on the other hand never got tired of going back and forth in our house for the paperworks, although email would work he said he likes interacting with the customers which is a big plus for us. This year we are having the first maintenance and when I called for schedule I asked about Steve they said he just pass away earlier this year. He was a good sales man and represents the company really well. I will highly recommend this company to anyone who will need their services.

They were timely, efficient, able to fulfill my request of getting my furnace fixed prior to the upcoming snow. We have been serviced by the same company since they started in business 1980’s.

Very professional. They never push too much on you and optimize what you have. Once my blower was a month from 10 yr warranty expiration. i was a new owner for the house. They rushed the delivery and installed it before the change of ownership forms went in. They paid for it ahead of time and then filed all the paperwork. They take great care of their customers.

Had a problem with ignition. Hugo came out , on an after hours call, to remedy the issue. He was very thorough in diagnosing the problem and explaining the issue in layman’s terms. Very pleased with the service and the technician.

Arrived on time and did a great job. Even told me about the correct filter to use on my furnace, which saved some money. I'll definitely use them again.

This company is always a pleasure to work with. The technician Hugo took the time to actually help me get the online thermostat working correctly -- a task I hadn't been able to figure out myself. I really appreciated him taking the time.

I have been a customer for so long I can not remember, as was my late father for years before I purchased my house 23 years ago. They service my boiler each year before season. This business is outstanding from start to finish. The personnel are friendly, thorough, honest, and truly caring with their customers. I have been a satisfied customer for many years and their commitment hasn’t changed. I recently had a heating issue over the Thanksgiving holiday and Hugo came out on Thanksgiving day to help. He was unable to resolve the problem that day and Mike came out the next day to try and get the boiler working and when it couldn’t be fixed that day, Mike brought me space heaters to ensure I would be warm over the weekend. Ryan appeared on Monday and to call him my savior is an understatement! He worked on the boiler, got it running and identified a problem that might be a manufacture’s defect. He got the boiler working safely and followed through with management about the possible manufacturing issue. Today the manufacturer, Mike and Ryan came to check out the boiler. I am in awe of the professionalism and quality of this company and highly recommend them. Thank you again Margaret Kish

Young man who checked over our furnace was very friendly yet professional, thorough, asked if we had any questions. We were very pleased and satisfied with his service and the service of this company in general.

I was impressed with the tablet technology they used to do my quote, adjusting it as we discussed which options I wanted and had a printed quote immediately. They were very professional and service oriented. Did a fabulous job on the installation and everything is working perfectly. I would highly recommend them. I had used a different company to replace the hvac unit at my office and McDuffee was a much better choice.

The last technician who cleaned and serviced our furnace took the time to go through the checklist with me and answered questions that I had.
