I called them a few years back when my base board water heater stopped heating. They were fast in returning my call and getting my heat back on. I continue to use them each year to check and clean my boiler.

I am hoping....they give me a good quote for ac and a new heater. Keeping my fingers crossed!

We're very pleased with the service Charles McDuffee provides. We have an older high efficiency furnace that sometimes has mechanical issues. Their service techs Hugo, Ryan and Jacob are outstanding at diagnosing and solving problems!

Ryan performed a tuneup/checkup of our Mitsubishi Mr. Slim heat pump system. He's great - always knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and very thorough. Always prompt within the time frame given or they call, and someone calls to let you know he's on his way. It's a pleasure to work with this company.

Great service on my furnace! One of the owners called me back, after hours, after another service company tried to rip me off. The other service company quoted me an astronomical price for a gas valve. After McDuffee looked into it for me, it turned out my gas valve was covered by warranty! The other company was the one that installed my furnace originally and made NO mention of a possible warranty. McDuffee checked on the warranty and got the valve changed in less than 24 hours. Honest service for a fair price. They are now my "go to" for future HVAC needs. HIGHLY recommended. Thanks McDuffee!

Loved that they were able to come on the same day before they closed, so I got the non emergency after hours price! And they went over all the items they found wrong and explained it in a way I could understand. He also quoted me the price and I was able to pay with my credit card after the service was performed right from the comfort of my home!

A/C wasn’t cooling, called them late in day on a Friday and a technician came out first thing on Saturday morning. Very professional and knowledgeable young man (Hugo) fixed my system I have been using this company for over 20 years and always very satisfied. Highly recommend them!

I was very impressed with the technician who came to do our fall checkup. We have a new home and he really took the time to clean, inspect and explain everything to me. He wore booties and was extremely neat and professional.

My furnace was blowing cold air. I called McDuffee and they were here same day. Tech advised a cleaning and with an hour everything was working fine. Lesson learned…. Keep your furnace on scheduled cleaning!!! Thank You guys. Awesome job and customer service!

Hugo was very experienced and knowledgeable. This was a second opinion and he saved me thousands of dollars!!! McDuffee installed both air and heat when I lived in Sugar Grove and at my current house. Not sure why I went with another carrier for my maintenance, but I'm back with McDuffee to stay! Can't say enough positives about my tech Hugo. Really nice guy, and I trust him.

This company has served our family for over 35 years. We’re in a new home and, of course, asked them to check our furnace and air conditioning. They’re always on time, helpful, and responsive. They’ve installed 2 furnaces for us, and when we need another, I’ll be calling them.

Over the years we've had them out for replacement work, upgrades, and annual inspections. They are thorough in explaining what they are doing even going into alternative options or why one action is preferred.

They put in our furnace and central air unit. The gentlemen both times were prompt, friendly and showed us everything they were doing, e planning how to maintain our new units. When AC got clogged they made a fast appointment and walked us through the cleaning process. The price is very reasonable and we found them from friend recommendation and we would recommend to others. Very pleased.

I’m so happy I called McDuffee to come out to look at my furnace. It was first snowfall this season and of course my furnace just stopped! They had a tech come out same day and not only fixed the issue but educated me about things to do to help keep up the health of my system! This is now info I can pass on to my kids to help them as they get older! Highly recommended!!! Thank you!

Jacob came out (again :) prior to the predicted heat wave and checked on our AC system. He went over every one of his observations and advised us where we were at and what we needed to do to maintain our HVAC system and keep it running at its highest efficiency. He is knowledgeable and informative. The company remains on our go to list for service. They are still at the top of their game.

I've used McDuffee numerous times and always had a good experience. Just had someone out for an issue with my heater and the HVAC tech was super professional and fixed my issue quickly. Highly recommend!

Hugo inspected, cleaned and serviced my furnace. And, he installed a new motor. This young man knows his trade. I have used only the McDuffee company since the early 80s. My experience with every technicians has been second-to- none. They all do know their trade very well. I like the techs attitudes. They are approachable and explain in detail the problem. I highly recommend their service.

On 4/29/25, Jacob, a Technician, cleaned and serviced my AC. He provided The same great service as provided during the past years. Jacob is a great credit to his profession, the McDuffee company and to himself.

They came out the same day for an emergency repair. The technician did not have the correct replacement part but had one that worked temporarily. He returned when the correct part came in and quickly replaced the temp part with the new one. Very pleased with their responsiveness and professionalism. I will be calling them again for any future needs.

Came to replace a sixteen-year old furnace with a new, energy efficient model with a higher BTU rating. Job was done quickly and efficiently by well-trained knowledgeable and courteous installers who even cleaned up after themselves. Very highly recommended!
