Working with Howard was fantastic, He was on time and did an excellent job installing our new hot water heater. He cleaned up upon completion of the work. On top of that he has a very outgoing and upbeat personality. Always ask for Howard if you can.

We have had several occasions where we have had plumbing issues and have called US Allied Plumbing and HVAC. Today our plumber was Joe, and his customer service skills are top notch. He arrived on time, was very personable and explained in detail the work he performed. I would highly recommend using this company.

Paul did an EXCELLENT job of replacing our sump pump and cleaning our a clogged house drain. Even better, he patiently explained to us non-plumbers what had happened and what he was doing. We can't recommended him enough. Thank you, Paul!
