The technician was very professional, explained to me the problem and solution. The work was completed in a very timely manner.

Said he couldn't do anything without a model number. There is a serial number, he should have made some phone calls to figure it out. Didn't even take the cover off to see if there was an obvious problem.

The tech was extremly knowledgeable and extremely nice, BUT, when you make the apt on the phone was horrible, stay in America and quit hiring overseas! We pay with American money!!!

Sade arrived on time, was very friendly and answered some questions I had about my dishwasher. She did the repair and I’m very happy with the whole experience!.

Tech was not helpful at all he said the refrigerator was 47 degrees according to his laser and he did not understand why the fridge was freezing my food. As I’f I had an explanation for it. Horrible service. I showed him some frozen food from the fridge just awful experience.

At 8:00 am I was the 2nd stop so I hung out. Didn’t show up until 1:45. Online updates were all over the place. Ending up having to take an entire day off work. The technician did not call to say he was on his way. Just showed up. Asked if there was water in the tub which I replied yes. He literally rolled his eyes like a child. Mumbled to himself “I’m too old for this”, “well that wasn’t fun”.

The technician was very knowledgeable, diagnosing the problems and correcting them. He went above and beyond my expectations!

The technician that we had was Eric he is so knowledgeable so professional we Will always ask for him to come to our home to fix our washer and dryer because he was that thorough and so knowledgeable! Excellent technician! Highly recommend!

CJ had a time with our old Frigidaire washer. He had to order a switch. Because of the winter weather it took 6 days for the part to arrive. He was able to make the new switch work but it took some extra work to make it fit. I was impressed with the work he did.
