Tree reviews in Northbrook, Illinois

I had a great experience with Kevin. We made a plan for trimming a large tree on the property to clean it up and enhance wind resistance. The pruning was accomplished with a minimum of disruption.

Joshua, Oscar and the rest of the crew were friendly, polite, and did a wonderful job removing an older maple from our backyard. They respected our property and were sympathetic to our having lost such a focal point in our lives. Removals can be pricey, but I found them to be fair, competitive and honest. We requested they leave us logs for firewood and potential artistic use. They are scheduled to remove the stump as well. Thank you Joshua!

Arborist Shea is terrific. Extremely knowledgeable and we made decisions on the care of our trees and shrubs together.
The tech David was very knowledgeable, polite and mindful in not being in the way of me or anyone leaving our garage.

I contacted SavaTree to prune 2 trees in my backyard. They did an excellent job of pruning the trees. They were timely and professional and charged a reasonable fee for the work. I highly recommend them for this type of project. Tim Bobro

Jake and the team from SavATree were excellent. Easy to reach and great with communicating especially when ComEd unexpectedly cancelled on us. Very professional - highly recommend.

SavaTree removed two mature trees that were not maintained well. From take down to stump removal the experienced and hardworking team efficiently got the job done. Thank you team, I will call again.

SavATree to the rescue! We called Tuesday morning after the Monday night storm and Josh gat to our house before lunch time! He was able to figure out the best way to get the giant silver maple, the 35' blue spruce and the plum tree off our roof, front porch and stairs without causing additional damage. His crew was out first thing the following morning with the spider net and all the equipment they needed. These guys knocked it out of the park! They worked non-stop until all the limbs and associated mess was cleaned up and all the large logs were moved to the curb. Then the clam shell truck arrived and loaded up all the logs and hauled them away. We figured it would take a couple days to finish but by the end of the day you would never know there were any trees on our house (except for the remains of the stumps in the yards). SavATree and Josh are highly recommended. If you have storm damage that needs cleaning up or just regular pruning and tree maintenance be sure to call them.

Josh and his team did an amazing job taking down my tree, it was over 3 stories tall and about 55 inches in diameter! Josh suspected that some of the tree could fall one day and after cutting it down, we had no idea just how rotted it was. I'm so glad we decided to take it down instead of just trimming it. Highly recommend Josh and SavATree, I would use their service again! Thank you!

Sav a Tree has been taking care of our trees for more than 10 years now. We also have them install our holiday lights. They do a great job - highly recommend!

I had save a tree prune and cut down some heavily overgrown branches in my back yard. I was very satisfied and impressed with the knowledge of my arborist, John and with the skill and expertise that the crew, Froilan, Abel and Martin put into completing the work. The communication was great and the work was top notch. They were extra careful with power lines and property and left my yard cleaner than it was before they came. Thanks so much guys!

This team goes above and beyond the call of duty! I had a huge tree problem at a house I just bought. Along a creek on our property both sides. I live on the edge of Prospect Heights/ Arlington Heights.
Take a look!!

I reached out to SAVaTREE and was very happy with their quick response time! They came out and gave my birch tree an assessment, formed a good plan of attack to get it back to health and at a reasonable price. They also gave all the trees on my property a good fertilizing while they were here in addition. Highly recommend them!
