The team was on time and worked well and I felt I could trust them. It was a relief to have the house looking better. They even cleaned a couple of things I didn't expect, e.g. the glass in the front door. I will employ them again.

Upon her arrival, the cleaning staff was two hours late. She informed the individual who granted her access that she does not perform deep cleaning services independently. Despite my call to you, and your assurance of a follow-up with her, I did not receive a response. The walls exhibited significant soiling, a cleaning task that was explicitly requested. Upon my arrival, the staff member alleged that the walls were contaminated with mold, thereby precluding their cleaning. The kitchen walls remain unsanitarily unclean, with no apparent cleaning efforts. I request a refund, as I believe the services provided were unsatisfactory.

The refund transaction was declined, and despite my attempts to resolve the issue, I have not received a response. Furthermore, the individual who provided service at my residence contacted me via phone at 11:00 PM and left an audio message after midnight. I am concerned that I may have been misled into removing my review under the pretense of a refund, which was promised within 2-3 days, but has not been processed after seven days.

Neat N Tidy was the only company I contacted that offered the deep cleaning services I needed after a tenant move-out. The communication with staff and cleaners was excellent. I will use these services again and would recommend them to anyone who wants a really clean house or apartment.

Between our busy work schedules and the moving headache, we decided to hire a company to come in and do a deep clean as we had no time to do ourselves. We found and hired Neat N Tidy. Reasonable price, they came in and did a deep clean in areas discussed and agreed upon. Fantastic job. They worked their tails off until everything was done right. Made us feel as comfortable as possible having a stranger in your home. Had something pop up with them a little bit after, they responded immediately and took care of it without an issue. Will be using again for our cleaning purposes again later this year. Highly recommend!

Leidys had good communication on arrival time and when they’d be done. Hit all the check marks on their list of cleaning duties and made sure all rooms and bathrooms were spotless.

We used this service to clean a new apartment before we moved in. The apartment was QUITE dirty, and we realized the amount of time and effort it would’ve taken was going to be a burden amidst the chaos that moving already causes.

We called on a Sunday evening and got an appointment for the next day. They cleaned top to bottom, and everything in between, significantly better than we would’ve been able to do and it only took them a few hours.

The people that came to clean were professional and kind. They did a good job, but it was important to be home and point things out to them or certain things might not have been done.

We really had a fantastic experience with this service. Our cleaner was like Wonder Woman and never complained. She cleaned above and beyond what we expected. I believe her name is really Miriam and did she do your company proud? YES SHE DID! Below is a picture of our Industrial stove that had never been deep cleaned. She showed us the drip pan which I was never aware of. Let me tell you it was filthy.

I own a few Airbnb's and they clean it after every person that stays while I'm overseas. They got every detail of the houses including stains out from carpets and leave the place smelling good.
