Francisco M. Is a great professional and did excellent work, he didn't mind that I ask questions and watch him work. With being a woman and supervising most of the work, since my husband works alot. Ive found that blue collar workers tend to talk down to women. And Francisco did no such thing. He handled that broken bathroom sink pipe with no problem and finished in less than 15 mins. Made sure I saved his information to my contacts just in case I or someone I know need his services.

Superior Rooter Plumbing was excellent from start to finish. I live in a 70-year-old home and had slow-draining toilets, plus needed my main sewer line rodded for preventative maintenance. Scheduling was easy, and the plumber, JJ, showed up on time, texted ahead, and thoroughly explained everything. He was knowledgeable, honest, answered all of my questions, and took his time without rushing the job. The price was fair, and everything’s working great now. Highly recommend for any residential or commercial plumbing needs. This company knows what they’re doing. They're reliable, hardworking, and truly professional.

I don’t often leave reviews, but Superior Rooters absolutely deserves one. I’ve contacted them for three separate jobs: replacing a shower cartridge, replacing the entire house’s cold and hot water pipes, and installing a new tankless water heater. Each time, they were responsive, communicative about their ETA, and provided excellent service at a great value.

When they replaced the whole house’s plumbing, they went the extra mile to ensure I had running water at the end of the day before returning to complete the job the next day. Their team was efficient, professional, and respectful throughout the process.

If you’re in the Chicago western suburbs and need reliable plumbing services, Superior Rooters is the team to call. Highly recommend!

Francisco arrived in the late evening on Monday inspected the plumbing underneath my bathtub he noticed the problems & explained to me how he would correct it gave me an estimate. He returned the next day with his supplies & tools got it all clean professionally hooked up . I will recommend my friends or family with Superior Rooter !

Got help for a broken kitchen faucet. My call was answered right away and I got a service tech scheduled to visit in under 36 hours. Anthony was our technician and he was excellent. Polite and friendly (and funny!) and he was quick, but still took the time to inform us of the specifics of the problem and the solution he was implementing. He replaced our faucet and improved the flow of our hot water. Never hope to have plumbing problems, but when I do, I’ll call superior rooter again.

We were having issues with our plumbing, we called them, they came out quickly, got to work, they are efficient, they are very organized and their customer service is top notch! Highly recommend! Prices are very fair! If you have a problem or concern, please call them! You will not regret it!

Jimmy was wonderful. He came out for an emergency call and wound up spending over 4 hours at my condo building. He was thorough and did everything he could to find the source of the leak.
