What impressed me most about this company was their willingness to tackle the ductwork issue that was holding back my previous systems. While the price was competitive, it wasn't the lowest quote - but the owner's enthusiasm and commitment to ensuring a seamless transition won me over.
The team at All Day Comfort proposed state-of-the-art Trane equipment and walked me through the installation process in detail. They provided ample resources for me to review before proceeding, which I appreciated. The owner kept his promise of completing the job within two weeks and even managed to stay under budget.
Throughout the process, they kept me informed of progress and were always available to answer my questions over the phone. I needed help with my air conditioning, but what I got was disappointment. The service person came out and checked the unit, telling me he couldn't find any issues, but added freon anyway. The next day, it still wasn't cooling properly. When I called back, he just shrugged and said maybe I need a new system - that's not reassuring. He promised to come back the next day to investigate further, but never showed up.
To make matters worse, another service came in who fixed the problem, only to discover that the unit was already broken and had been damaged at some point. It's frustrating and upsetting to be taken advantage of like this.

Fantastic experience from start to finish - from that first phone call to the installation of our new AC unit today. Highly recommend this company, thanks to a great guy named Rob who made the process seamless.
