We're consistently satisfied with King's service. Their staff always display excellent customer service skills. Unfortunately, our recent issue was that our hot water heater failed right before Christmas Eve guests arrived. With plumbing stores closed due to the holiday, the estimated repair time of six days proved too long for us. We had a large gathering at home with new baby, overnight visitors, and a lot of dishes to wash - having access to hot water was essential. Luckily, a friend stepped in on Friday to fix it. The cost would have been substantial, likely between $1,300 and $3,500. I'm puzzled as to why the company wouldn't stock more of these units, considering how widely used they are and how hard they can be to find.

We had a major heating issue when our 20-year-old furnace suddenly stopped working on Thursday. The company scheduled a technician for Friday, which was John. He showed up promptly to investigate and identified the problem as a missing motor. Instead of trying to sell us a new furnace outright, he explained the options available and let us make an informed decision.

John did an excellent job breaking down the different furnaces in his explanation, taking the time to address our questions step by step. He was patient and gave us clear expectations for what we could expect when the installation team arrived. And, as promised, everything went exactly as planned.

The next day, John followed up with us to check on the status of our furnace installation. That's impressive customer service. On Saturday, Jeff and Rickie from King Heating showed up and did an outstanding job installing a new furnace. They worked together seamlessly, explaining their process along the way and answering all my husband's questions.

Rickie, in particular, was knowledgeable about older heating systems and took the time to teach us how our thermostat works. He even showed us where to go on our phone to connect it and troubleshoot any issues that might arise. Jeff handled the downstairs installation while Rickie worked his magic upstairs. Their professionalism and teamwork were impressive.

What really impressed us, though, was John's follow-up call the next day. It's clear that King Heating stands by their work, as they offered a warranty. We're glad we became regular customers of King and are grateful for the referral from Corrigan Heating, who were excellent before moving to Orlando. We miss them, but we know King will become like family - someone who genuinely cares about the work they do and back it up with their service.
