They just stopped cutting my grass and didn't say anything to me. Won't return my calls or emails. Definitely would not recommend this place.

They just stopped cutting my lawn and will not return my calls or emails..I have already paid for May service and nobody has shown up yet. My grass has now reached about 18" so I'm going to have to pay another company to come get the job done. I cannot recommend a company with the lack of communication and follow through like this.

Ordered 3 pallets of grass. 2 pallets were old - dead and fell apart they would not stay in rectangular shape long enough to pickup and lay! I called and was told they needed pictures- I sent still pics and a video of the dead grass. Asked for owner or manager to call me to discuss how they were going to rectify the issue. No return call - was told that they would determine how they would handle with the vendor - made NO mention of what type of customer service they would do for us. I would highly suggest that buyers should BEWARE! I was disappointed since I was trying to support by buying locally - I will not use them again! I’ll go back to the Grass Patch in Leander ! I would suggest others do the same! Shame on Premium Landcaping Services for such Poor Customer service and poor quality supplies!,

Raul and his team did a wonderful and clean job lying our mulch and replanting and removing some existing trees, very tidy and looks great!

Our experience was horrible. After our consultation they gave us date of service. The deposit was paid for and we were excited to see the finish product. They were a NO SHOW the days they told us they were going to begin work. No email or call was sent to let us know. They then rescheduled and again they were a NO SHOW. An email was sent stating our frustration with their lack of communication. The owner called and despite wanting a full refund we gave him a chance due to wanting to help local business during this time of crisis. We were left unsatisfied and upset at the horrible job and communication. When we called they stated that the initial consultation did not show how much work they actually needed. So, what was the point of the consultation and when were we going to know that this was an issue? Again lack of communication and all the money we spent is down the drain. I will not recommend.

I called Jay on Tuesday April 7. He promptly came out the next morning to give us an estimate on a Spring cleanup of our yard. The estimate was VERY FAIR. He had his crew come out a couple of hours later and they finished the job that day! We couldn't be more pleased. Our yard has never looked better! We talked about other projects that we would like to get done. Jay had great ideas. We will definitely call him when we are ready to have them done. Thanks Jay and Extreme Green Landscaping.

His team removed a tree, planted a new ornamental tree and planted some hedges and flowers, which turned out beautiful. His team was hard-working and professional. We couldn’t be happier with the results and highly recommend them.

I needed some grading work done around the house to move water away from it. Jay and his team did an excellent job with compacting the back fill, topping with topsoil and then grass send. They are great to work with!

Jay and his team are great. I stopped by them cutting one of my neighbors lawns and asked if they could remove some stumps from old bushes I had out front. Two days later they stopped by and took care of the job. Very friendly staff and would definitely hire them again for other landscaping projects.
