A couple of weeks ago my guest toilet literally exploded. It was both horrible and disgusting. Not only did it explode the water continued to overfill and we were unable to control it. We turned off the toilet and sink water valve but the water kept pouring out. I contacted a plumber I found on google that lived nearby that could come out right away before my house flooded. Needless to say the plumber came out, couldn't figure out why the water repeatedly filled up in the toilet and told us to get a wet vac to drain it out then basically left us hanging. We did the wet vac thing for hours!! We were exhausted and could not stop the water for continuing fill up in the toilet. My house was literally going to flood.

Out of sheer exhaustion I went to google again to find an emergency plumber and connected with Duane, I believe he is the owner. He was so patience and nice over the phone and was able to quickly assess the situation and informed me that I need to turn off the main water valve. I am a single woman so really needed him to walk me through this which he did. He stayed on the phone with me, we video chatted until I was able to locate the main water valve with his instructions then he told me how to turn it off. Just like that the horror that lasted for 7 hours was fixed in a 25 minute phone call.

Duane was an absolute life saver and he was so concerned and patience. It's not often that a plumber or any stranger will take their time to help you with an emergency situation especially at 10:30 p.m.! Thanks Duane, you are the best! I have a go to plumber now that I can trust!

Even ran the drain camera to see what the issue was at no additional cost, answered all my questions with proficiency and explained it all in detail to me. Very trust worthy guys. Look no further, just call Drain Flow. I highly recommend them. Had an issue with a pipe to a utility sink, Dwayne came out the next day to repair it. He was very professional, informative and prompt. Rates were reasonable. Best of all upon entering my home, he stated he smelled gas, located where it was coming from and fixed this as well. I'm so appreciative as that could've been a deadly situation.

This was our second time using Drain and Flow and once again we couldn't be happier with the whole process. We called them at 4am this morning with a flooded basement and not only did they answer but they fit us into their booked schedule for the day and got our problem taken care of ASAP. Dwayne is the owner, he did not send a salesman and he works on the job. He explained everything and encouraged me to watch the job in order to see what he uncovered which was a huge root problem in the pipes. His diagnosis was accurate and I am convinced the work needed to be done. Also, he never tried to make the job bigger than what it was. Highly recommend him for many reasons.

Dwayne is extremely professional, incredibly knowledgable and he did a job that others could not do. He went into the ceiling, found the leak (waterfall) which was not easy to do, and was able to repair the old pipes with the least amount of cost and disruption. He has a good heart and he's a great plumber. And his prices are fair.

Dwayne was responsive in his communication. Him and his son were timely and very friendly. They came came in, identified the problem and fixed it quickly. He also let me know the root of problem and gave me an ETA on when this would be a bigger issues down the road. Would definitely recommend and will be using for all future plumbing needs.

A review that is months owed...Late last year, I ran into drain problems a few weeks after moving into my new home and needed it rodded out. I Googled services and went off the best reviewed providers. I'm glad I did. Dwayne's professionalism, communication, knowledge, and transparency are above and beyond. For the included camera service, the pricing is extremely fair. In addition to the camera service and the use of multiple cutter heads. I also appreciated that they took the time to confirm that water flowed without issues before packing their equipment. I've seen other companies perform 1 rod with 1 head and start packing as the cables are still on their way back out. They definitely have focused on ensuring the customers' expectations of a good service are met.

Was nervous about the possible cause of my drain issues. Dwayne did a great job explaining my options, and saved me a lot of money and stress. Very knowledgeable, highly recommended!

I've hired Drain Flow a few times and have always been happy with the service and price. So I figured it's time to write them a review! The biggest thing that differentiates them from other companies is Dwayne's expertise and honesty. He knows what he's doing, how to determine exactly what the problem is, and how to properly fix it. On one occasion another company wanted to dig up my front yard and charge me $14,000. Dwayne showed me on the camera how it was a minor issue and I just needed to hydrojet the line and check it yearly for maintenance. So now he's my go-to guy for all things drainage!

I purchased a property 3 weeks ago and to my surprise, the basement backed up with water yesterday. I called a few different plumbers, but settled on Drain Flow.
