On May 15th a storm came through Oak Forest, IL and 80 mph wind gust that took out 4 main limbs of my backyard tree. My house, deck, Sunroom and fence was covered large tree branches.
Mike from A Cut Above cams and within 20 minutes gave me an estimate. The very next day a 4 man crew showed up at 10:30 am, they removed all the woof from my property, got on my roof with blowers and picked up every leaf. My property was so clean and all at a very fair price.

A cut above tree and stump removal just finished trimming my trees. They were a crew of excellent professional men . Cody and his team left my place completely cleaned up.
The estimate was very reasonable and they worked with me, till I was extremely satisfied. I definitely recommend them.

They came out.. gave a reasonable and fair estimate… punctual arrival.. worked non stop.. were professional…. Were careful… cleaned up everything… expedient ….

The first time we used them a few yrs back they were great. Came when scheduled cut our damaged tree and cleaned up for a very reasonable price. This time we had some broken limbs from a storm. We called a month after the storms and scheduled a date. They never showed up and never called. Glad I did not take the off work. We had to call and ask what happened and was given some emergency story. We rescheduled and almost 6 weeks from our original call they finally came out. The price to clean up some broken branches and remove debris was more than when they took a whole tree down. Then, we never received the invoice via email. Almost a month later after several calls to get the invoice to get it paid, we finally got it when an alternate email was given. Asked for a couple of extra weeks so we could pay cash and avoid the extra $21 plus dollars in credit card fees and was denied. Wasn't like I wasn't trying to pay. We were reaching out asking for the bill. So I paid the bill in full plus the card fee. Sadly this experience was very disappointing.

Never even returned my call.

They don’t seem to answer the phone ever.

Called and left a message with my number and name. They never called back. I can't rate them but I have to put something.

These guys quoted us one price and raised it 100% as soon as they got in the tree. Seemed professional and reasonably at first but it’s a total scam. Keep scrolling.
