Tom was on time, professional, friendly, and did a great job. My couch was thoroughly cleaned and smells nice and fresh.

Tom showed up on time and did a wonderful job. He was very professional, was able to complete the the upholstry and carpet cleaning and worked with our schedule. Would highly recommend. Upon leaving he gave us his business cards and said if we had any questions to call him. Very nice guy.

Great service! Loved that I could send pictures get an estimate right away. The cleaning took longer than expected but he was very thorough and made sure all of our furniture pieces and carpet was clean. Stayed true to his estimate even though it took him longer and that was appreciated! Already recommended to a friend!

I wish I took before & after pics, but our couches were very dirty. Having 3 kids & being home 24/7 during Covid - add in a puppy … we were really pleased with how well the couches cleaned up! This company is simply the best! The pricing is very fair and affordable. I have been using them for 5 years now and Tom is always a pleasure to work with! He is very communicative and punctual. Once he arrives, he is efficient and very thorough but still manages to have valuable conversation. I have a large sectional, chair & ottoman and my furniture always comes out smelling amazing & looking brand new, considering I have two kids and a black dog.

Tom has come to my house a couple of times to clean my living room set. He does my sectional, ottoman and rugs. I have two dogs and he’s great with them. He has timely appointments which he confirms, lets you know when he’s arriving, works quick, explains everything and is very personable and has fair pricing. I will always have him come out. My couch is like new again.

Prior to providing a quote, a picture was sent to show the condition of the couches. A quote was provided and was a reasonable price. Having three dogs, the couches have typical wear and tear and dog dander.

During the services, it was clear that it would take a little longer due to some spots that required extra attention. Even with the extra labor, the provider stuck to the original quote. Small business owners can be more personable and adjust as they see fit. This business transaction proved to me that I wasn’t just another forgotten house, but a member of a community that can benefit from a local touch.
When the services were completed, the couches looked amazing. Extra attention was needed and the quote didn’t change. The provider was knowledgeable of what products were used and was honest about how to maintain with my dogs. The provider wasn’t pushing more business but definitely will be called upon again. Great service for the local area and job well done.
