The company's provided address seems suspiciously unrelated to their services - a nail salon instead of what I expected. Showing up in person to voice my concerns only led to confusion, as the location is actually occupied by nail technicians, not the business itself.

They took advantage of an elderly woman. The driver was dismissive and unprofessional, making the situation worse. Despite initial pricing, they attempted to increase costs further. After cancellation, they continued to try and visit her, demonstrating a complete disregard for her wishes. This company is utterly unacceptable.
