King delivered exceptional service from start to finish. The initial representative was incredibly pleasant, empathetic, and flexible. What truly impressed me was the swift response on a Sunday morning at 7AM - they had someone out within an hour. When the technician assessed the AC unit, he thoroughly explained the issue and presented potential solutions for repair. Unfortunately, our old unit needed replacement. The quote seemed reasonable, and we were scheduled for installation within 48 hours. On the day of install, everything went smoothly: they arrived on time, installed the new unit as planned, cleaned up, and even disposed of the old unit and its parts. Based on this experience, I highly recommend King to anyone seeking a company that genuinely prioritizes customer satisfaction.
