I bought my house on June 2018. Rick Sabatino failed to find several hazardous issues and code violations, one of which almost killed me and my dog.
Nicor Gas was notified of carbon monoxide coming from inside my house, not the exhaust vents from blower fans to furnace or boiler.
Apparently, my furnace intake duct had to entrance from where to get air. Instead, it was pulling air from slot where you insert air filter next to the furnace in basement. Also, add that the induction fan intake was open to the air in basement, and you get circulating carbon monoxide throughout the house. At first, it was small amount that cause me headaches. Over time, my headaches became worse whenever I was home. When Nicor couldn't figure out where it was coming from, I hired an HVAC and he was able to find the sources and issues. This is the malfunction that concerned me the most.

The other issues were inappropriately installed doors, duct, and windows. The floor is not level and has a 'hill' protruding causing the doors to jam.

The electrical wiring in the garage is violating code. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES!
