I love Mary cleaning service there the best

Accused me of being a crackhead without any reason because I was trying to reach a family member I caretake for at an apartment they were cleaning. Unprofessional and will be reporting to the building.

Had a last minute cleaning after construction, they did a fantastic job so I had them back the next week to clean a property we sold. A+ to Annies team #2 at Mary's Cleaning Service. I will be calling them again.

We love Mary's Cleaning Service. We've used them for years. We're never disappointed. Special mention to Annie's team #2. They are excellent! I recommend them to anyone.

Super disappointed. We’ve used Mary’s in the past. I liked that we didn’t have to use them regularly to be customers. Used them before big parties, holidays, gatherings. Had a 10:15 scheduled today because we have 50 people coming for a party tomorrow. Called when no one showed up and they didn’t have us on the books. I called 2 weeks ago and made a point to reiterate the date a time when booking. So frustrating.

Do not use if you have pets. They won’t clean animal areas. The crew said it was policy. Refused to dust shelves because he saw a dead stink bug. Stink bugs are harmless and unfortunately every where in Oak Park. Basically the crew decides what they want to clean when they get to your house. Mary’s Cleaning Service should be honest with customers and let customers know that their house may not be clean when they are done. That the crew will choose what they want to clean on site. Be ready to clean after the cleaning crew is done. And Mary’s is expensive !

Love Mary’s Cleaning Service! We have used them for 5 years for move ins, move outs and whole house biweekly cleanings. Their excellent supervisor comes with a crew of 3 people and they do a fantastic job cleaning our whole house (3 levels) in just 1.5 hours.

We have been users of Mary's Cleaning for over 20 years, have found them to be punctual, respectful, and flexible, willing to help out with special cleaning projects when needed. A work crew consists of 3 to 4 people, and they clean our 3 bedroom condo in about 1 hour. We have found that scheduling Service every 2 weeks works well for our unit.

We had one miscommunication with a new crew that came and we were a bit unpleased. Owners told us they would make sure this will be addressed, fixed and we would get 100% satisfaction. They really went WAY ABOVE what was required to fix the issue. I am glad they continue the same way they had for 15 years! Same management, same focus on great job at very reasonable price. Highly recommend.
Note: the picture posted was "before" they did the cleaning. After, Mary's cleaning, the bathroom like the day it was installed (minus the dust!!!) Wonderfull work Many thanks!!!! They could even clean that kind of disaster!

I've used Mary's for a number of years and have always been pleased with the service. I particularly like the fact that they send 4 cleaners to do my house in an hour rather than one person taking all day. They work hard and do an excellent job. And it's always a pleasure to deal with the office staff.

HORRIBLE PROFESSIONALISM. I made an appointment and they never showed up. BEWARE they don't show up! At first they kept saying we running late then just stopped picking up my calls. Horrible professionalism. DO NOT BOOK

Maid Experts did a deep clean for a house with young children and everything looked great! They cleaned everything on the checklist and the place looked great! The kitchen and bathrooms really sparkled. We definitely plan to use their services from now on.

Cant give a rating low enough. Im not one to ever complain, but first off the were ine and a galf hours late and I was told 2 different reasons. I dont mind 15 to 30 mins late but 1 1/2 hrs is to much especially with different reasons. Hmmmm. She didnt do under the couch or under bed, didnt do bdrm floor. Microwave not done, refrigerater not done, bathroom floor not done. I cab keep going. I offered my cleaning supplies as she didnt have thins for floors, and also to help her out as she tld me this was her second job. In talking with owner. Beatriz, call was dropped, I texted and left VM. NOTHING. She never returned call aa my pymt had already gone thru. Wow, what a horrible job fron start to finish. I honestly dont know how they could still be in business.. Count me out. Again, Im never one to give a low rating but this place too much. Ive requested a refund..Guess what???? Surprise haven't heard back
