Kamila and her team have been life savers, very trustworthy, reliable, thorough and flexible.

We first reached out to her after a chimney accident in our basement. (Don't ask! And yes it was awful!) She brought her team over in no time, had everything triple clean and sanitized in less time than I could think about it.

We've been using her as our cleaner ever since. We have biweekly cleaning and it's been such a relief. They're incredible friendly with our kids, happy to work around our personal and work lives when we're at home with the family or working and have to skip certain rooms. They've always confirmed every appointment. They've been responsive and flexible when we've needed to skip for any reason.

I do appreciate getting reliable and consistent people. It makes it such a relief both for the cleanliness but also the trust.

I had had this company come out to my house to clean brand new remodeled home didn't need much cleaning just pretty much dusting two ladies came to my house mopped and vacuumed cleaned there were shelves dirty the refrigerator was still dirty I had to go over everything that they did because I don't know what they were doing for 2 hours they came back and still they didn't do what they needed to do and didn't have the supplies to do it which I also paid for and then I was overcharged buy 1 hour.

I called 2 months before my move out and scheduled an appointment with a woman. I called the day before my move to confirm, and got no answer in the morning (the voicemail was full). I tried later in the day and was able to leave a message. The next morning, a man called me back and said he had no record of my appointment, address, or phone number. He felt bad and said he'd try to get someone for the next day afternoon, but couldn't get anyone to us that day. We declined because we were moving out THAT day.

This added a ton of stress for our moving day (we were supposed to be out by 1pm and ended up being there until 9pm), and was just unacceptable service.

Update: Seeing their response to this review, they clearly don't take responsibility for their mistakes. One more reason not to trust them.

I used Express Maids for almost a year. They charge $16 p hour but you pay for a minimum of 3. They originally sent one person and she did a great job but then the last few times, she'd bring a family member or another person without telling me. Very nice girl but I just wasn't comfortable with that! This last time they sent 2 people who finished in 1.5 hours but then charged me extra for supplies which never happened prior. I called the service and was told that was always the charge. That was never mentioned to me when I initially started using the service nor was I ever charged. I have decided not to use them anymore. Completely dishonest company. I'd rather pay more elsewhere from a place with integrity.

Our house needs two people to clean it. It was hard to let our last cleaner go after years of hard work, but I knew the addition in our house had made it more challenging. Enter Ana and Dulce. They not only get the house clean, but are able to accommodate the occasional special request for fixtures, shelves, or anything else that has stacked up dust or mess over the course of years raising children in a big house. Sometimes they decide on their own to take care of an area that has been ignored for too long. They are sweet, but don't speak a lot of English. So communicating sometimes takes a bit of extra effort. Totally worth it! I hope to continue using their skills for as long as we continue to own our house. Thanks, ladies!
