They consistently take a long time to arrive, are never available, and once our company waited two weeks for their service. I get it, fall and winter are busy for heating companies, but that's no excuse for poor communication during emergencies like when my apartment had water leaking through the radiator below mine. They kept telling us to shut off the valve and then said they'd be there the next day, only to not show up. That kind of inattention is unacceptable for emergency situations.

We were extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by this company and its owners. Our lack of trust in their abilities was evident from the start. Unfortunately, our experience has left a sour taste, and we can't think of anything positive to say about it. The situation is bad enough that pictures would only serve as further evidence of our disappointment. Needless to say, we would never recommend this company.
