Reviews of local pros in Oak Park, Illinois

Liz and Erika and the rest of their team have always done a phenomenal job. I first met them and enjoyed their detailed and thorough service as the cleaners for my MIL. Then my husband and I hired them as well. They are prompt, always ask for any specifics, friendly and affordable.

Liz and her friendly team have been cleaning our house for many years. They're very reliable, thorough, and efficient. Their prices are very reasonable and I'm always amazed at what they accomplish in such a short amount of time. When we have extra cleaning projects, they're always willing to help out. I highly recommend them!

Liz and her team have been cleaning our house for years. She has also cleaned for a number of my relatives. They work in a group and are quick, efficient, and our house is spotless. They have cleaned in my home with me there and they are very considerate of sharing the space. They also clean when I am not home, and I trust them completely.

I have used Express Maid Cleaning Services for over a decade, and I find them an excellent resource to keep my apartment sparkling clean. I rely upon their professional skills in maintaining
a clean and healthy environment. I unreservedly recommend their work.

The young women do a fantastic job cleaning my home. They are polite & efficient. The place is immaculate after they are done; sparkling floors, countertops, stove top, bathrooms- all things I hate cleaning myself.

I have used Express Maid for over two years. It was recommended to me by a neighbor who has used them more than ten years. I am very happy with my team of Sandra and Elizabeth. They leave my home meticulously clean and are very reliable.

Express Maid does a great job cleaning our home. The team is efficient and thorough. You pay based on the time it takes to clean your home. I found the pricing very reasonable.

Sonia and her team are the absolute best. First, the level of work is terrific - everything is spotless and tidy, and nothing is ever broken, which was a problem with previous cleaners. Second, Sonia is fast to respond to rescheduling or requests and is flexible. Finally, I've had a couple of problems in the house, including flooding from a torrential storm, and the team was willing and able to help. I highly recommend Express Maid and Sonia Serna.

I have been using Express Maid for over 3 years. Sonia and her partner Paula have been wonderful. They are very thorough, consistent/punctual, and nice. Prior to that, we rotated thru housekeepers every other month! We don’t know what we would do without them!

I have been doing business with express maids for eight years and in these past eight years, I’ve had two of the best housekeepers. I cannot say enough about this company, professional great service great people to Work with I actually still keep in touch with my original housekeeper. She was House Keeping for me for 6 1/2 years she decided she didn’t want to work anymore and we still keep in touch. And Express maids replaced her immediately with My new housekeeper and she is a wonderful person works very hard and we have also shared the same bond. The owner of the company is a gem 💎 I couldn’t ask for a better person to work with all the way around it’s an excellent company. Thank you for all that you do. I would highly recommend anyone that is looking for a good and trustworthy and affordable House Keeping service. This would be my go to thank you and God bless.

Erika and Franny are absolutely wonderful! They’re always friendly, professional, and so thorough with their cleaning. Every time they leave, my home feels fresh, clean, and cared for. I really appreciate their attention to detail and how efficient they are. Very trustworthy and I can count on them for consistent, quality work. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable cleaning help.

Our condo assn has been doing business with Liz for over 2 years since our former cleaning man retired. We are very happy with the quality of work provided by Liz and her crew.
We have multiple floors and entrances and Liz and crew get the job done very efficiently.
E press Cleaning is professional, flexible and reliable. I highly recommend them!

Very good service. Arranged all permits and clear communication. Arrived on time and cleaned up. Would recommend and work with them again

My company rented something to Crunch Construction, which they never returned. All attempts to contact them have gone straight to voicemail, and the calls have not be returned for months. If this is what they do to a vendor, what do they do to their customers?

It was fantastic! Baxtie and her son were my inspectors. Given my location is on the top floor, they even brought a drone to review the roof. They were very communicative with everything they were doing and explained everything that they found and their advice. I highly recommend them!

Highly recommend!!! I would definitely be highly recommending them to friend and family. They were very thorough with their inspection. Even using a drone to look at places they could not reach. I love that after the inspection they did a walkthrough the whole house with me to go over their findings. Answered all my questions on the spot, and I got my inspection email exactly in the timeframe they quoted!! excellent customer service. If needing a home inspection, give them a call!!!

I am buying my first home and have been very nervous. Tim Fuchsen was very thorough with my inspection and helped ease my mind in regards to the buying experience. He showed me what was needed as he walked into every room and showed me how to maintain certain aspects of my place in order to preserve their integrity. I would definitely recommend City Home Inspectors to anyone who is in need of their inspection services. I felt so uplifted and positive when we walked out of my future home.

This company is professional, punctual and detailed in the way they conduct the inspections and also take the time to explain as they go. As first time home buyers, Devin did a wonderful job walking us through the inspection and explaining concerns and/or safety hazards in great detail. He answered all our questions, was friendly, and also super knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a home inspection or related services.

Whole experience was easy and professional. Super easy online booking. And our inspector was SO NICE. We were able to walk around with him and ask as many questions as we wanted. He was also very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. Great experience overall!

Julio was excellent!!! Very knowledge and personable. He really made the process fun and easy. Eased stress and was accomodating to both me and my son!

I had the pleasure of working with Jason on my home inspection. He was very thorough and took his time to look at every single aspect of the home. The report was detailed, included pictures and explanations, and was sent to me promptly. Would definitely recommend.
